All of the reviews about it coming cracked are correct. However, find a comparable for $180ish.I glued the crack and it will function just fine. Very happy with the purchase.

2nd unit I received in 3 days with the same outcome. Unit arrives with broken bezel mounting tabs. Very poor shipping/cartoon packaging that allows the unit to be broken. Packed to tight with item!The electronics and wiring maybe perfect and good but doesn't do you any good if you can't physically mount it in your car.Both units came exactly the same! Beware of this unit.

I had to order two of these and both of them came in broken. The small plastic pieces that hold the screen to the plastic mount we snapped I have to glue them back on. Other that that everything works. Still trying to figure out the back up camera.

First one showed up with cracked buttons, second replacement unit temperature control didn’t work and just blasted AC without being able to adjust. Returned and gave up at that point, very cheap

Arrived broken, then the replacement arrived broken also.
