Working well so far
These are well-made and super solid; solid metal, to be precise. Mount easily, and do their job. Because of the all metal construction, they should last a long time even with my steel cable going through them. One complaint: the wheel is also steel, and I wouldn't say its spinning action is particularly smooth. It works well enough, but gets a tad hung up at times. That said, it is working so that's all you can ask for. Would recommend.

No Ball Bearing
I really wanted to like these pulleys. They are stainless, and seem fairly sturdy. However, despite one of the photos in the listing showing it clearly having a ball bearing, this is simply just not true. It is metal on metal, which makes it mildly noisy. Some oil will likely sure that, but still, it's not what is advertised.

Strong But Sometimes Noisy
My kitchen curtains are automated (as is the house) but the motor tends to skip or jump as the line winds. That uneven pull caused the lines to slip off their small pulleys as the bearings wore and loosened. I chose to upgrade the design with this small-but-far-larger hanging pulley after restringing the system for the umpteenth time. These pulleys feel strong: the bracket is arc-welded to the baseplate on each end and the steel is nearly 1/8” thick. The pulley has no bearings but rides on a swaged through-pin, resulting in noise during rotation especially when unloaded. A set of screws and wall anchors is included, but I chose to use what I had on hand. When rapidly raising the curtains manually to test operation, the new pulley was quite audible. When the (fairly loud) motor is engaged, however, I did not notice significant additional noise. I did notice that the curtains no longer jump off the suspension: success!Full disclosure: I ordered these Small Pulley Blocks 1" through the Amazon Vine program. As a user of the product, I have done my best to provide an honest review.

Decent small pulleys
These are decent small pulleys that do come with two of them, along with four screws and four expansion pipes. The mechanisms seem to work just fine and there is no stick to them, but they do seem to be a bit noisy at times.

Solid mounts but a lot of friction
The mounting brackets are very solid, and the construction is robust. However, there is a lot of friction, and the pulley is not terribly effective due to that. Tried to mount these for a small pulley system to lift some things and the friction was overwhelming.

Solid stainless pulleys
I bought these pulleys to use outside with hinged doors on a cold frame; I wanted to be able to quickly lift doors and keep them in varied open positions depending on the weather conditions each day. Pulleys are very solid/quality and will hold up well given that they're stainless. The kit also with small screws and mollies, though you might want your own to secure them if you're aiming to lift something as heavy as the 176 lbs. advertised; my doors are nowhere near that weight, so the small included hardware works just fine. Overall I'm happy with the purchase.
