It works well when it works. Sometimes the keypad doesn’t turn on and I have to use the key. I’ve tried changing batteries and reprogramming. Quick and easy install and easy to reprogram if needed.

I just moved so I got this so I don't have to worry about carrying keys. It's also an additional level of security, in case the locks weren't changed (they weren't). It took about 25 minutes to install and looks great! Great product for the price, especially with that coupon! Works well and tells you when it's "locked" and "unlocked" (that's my granddaughter's favorite part!)My friend liked it so much, she bought one and I installed it for her last weekend!

I purchased this less than 2 weeks ago. It was super easy to install and worked great the first few days, but then it started locking and unlocking on its own randomly and repeatedly throughout thee day and night even after the auto lock feature was disabled. Contacted ARPHA customer service by email twice, but NEVER got a response. Contacted Amazon for return and purchased a different brand. Would not recommend the product or the company in general!
