I really like this. It is well made and gives you different levels of resistance. You can tell it helps a lot with circulation. My only issue is after a little over a month it is a bit more noisy when going forward. Maybe needs to be oiled.

I like this exercise machine very much! It's very easy to use; easy on the joints. It's been a great improvement with my sore right knee. I enjoy using it while watching tv. The only thing I wish it had was a pause feature so that I don't have to start over.

My husband and I love using this. It's not a heavy piece but we keep it in front of our recliner and use it several times a day. It's well made and helps us get some leg exercise daily.

My neuropathy doctor recommended I get one of these exercizers for the numbness in my feet. I've always wanted an elliptical bike but they were too expensive and take up to much room. This little walking excercizer did the trick! Not only did it fit my budget but it made my numb feet have feeling in them again. My doctor recommended 20 minutes a day but it made such a difference that I am up to an hour a day. It burns calories and gives you over 5000 steps in an hour. You can use it while watching TV or reading or other activities that you can do sitting down. It has changed my life! I feel like I'm doing something good for my body. It is well worth the money. It's very easy to use. You just plug it in and go. I recommend getting a non slip mat for it so it doesn't move orvslip while using it. If you want to do upper body excercize you can even hook some bands on it and get a real workout.

The product was advertised as having 12 levels of resistance, when you type the question into Rufus and ask. It has ZERO ability to add resistance, and you are limited to a cycling session being only 20 mins, then you have to get down and adjust/restart it again. Maybe this works for some, but I work, so the last thing I need is to stop in the middle of what I am doing only to restart a session.It was disheartening not to get something I specifically needed - these functionalities.The machine itself is nice looking, fits great under the desk, and is quiet.
