High quality, lighting speed, gaming features
This is an overkill router! And the fastest router in the market so far!I just got it few days ago on a discount , worth the money for $350 and you can get it cheaper if you buy it used.this thing is high quality, super fast and the range and coverage is excellent too. I live in a 2floor house and i was able to cover the whole house, but definitely the speed varies from spot to spot .I was able to connect over 25-30 devices with no issues.I have 2.5G fiber internet, i am a gamer and my ping got 40-60% lower than my older router ( Asus gt axe11000)Higher speed since the older one was only 1g speed. The gaming features are solid, they not cutting out any of this part.I have another TP-Link router that’s easymesh compatible, and it’s so easy to set it up.The app is amazing and very convenient.6ghz speed , i was able to get 1.5g on my iphone 16pro.The only con is, the web interface is kinda limited compare to asus, and you have to buy subscription for that and the security features.

Imperial shuttle? I think so!
This router is awesome! I love the RGB and it looks like something out of Star Wars lol.It was easy to setup, you connect the coaxle cord from the modem, power on and downloading the tether app would also be helpful.FYI: don’t forget to power cycle the modem once you connect it to your network, if you don’t you’ll have speed issues. I suggest always reading the manual. I would have never powered cycled if I didn’t read it.I mainly play competitive games like cs2 and my old router would give me rubber banding drop outs, I assumed it was my IPS, but lone and behold it was the router the whole time. It’s a bit expensive, but it’s definitely a quality product and if you have wifi extenders for your home tp-link also provides those products and it’s easy to merge again with the tether app. Forget netgear & nighthawk or whatever. Get this instead.

The Best Router, PERIOD!
This router is the router you didn't know you needed. If you have any other router and it's not Wifi 7, you have no idea how much you're missing out.Rock solid stability, seemingly unlimited bandwidth and speeds nearly the same as hardwired even through thick cement walls. This router has the capability to do a multi-frequency aggregate that puts all frequencies together without requiring special hardware. However, having a true Wifi 7 device or adapter is a must if you can.As an old school Cisco certified engineer, I put my stamp on this bad boy as the greatest consumer level router money can buy.

Most Excellent!
Setup was easy.Speeds are awesome. It asked me to update its firmware so I did & the internet has been solid & stable. No wifi buffering or lag spikes while hardwire gaming.QOS is nice and just like ASUS QOS, being able to use either Ethernet or Fiber Optic Cable as a input for the internet future proofs your router. My ISP's top plan only allows for 2.5GBPS down & 100mbps up but I can notice the difference coming from a AX11000 Asus router that only handled 1GBPS input.I'm using all Cat 8 ethernet cables so I'm good up to 40GBPS but I know that's 5+ years away for my ISP.NAT filtering is On & UPNP is on for the best connectivity to online games. The server acceleration is done through a 3rd party program called WT Fast which is subscription based but I've had it before and I don't think it's necessary. You don't have to have it on if you don't want to. It's off by default.Overall I am very satisfied with my purchase and will recommend TP-Link for routers to my friends in the future. This is coming from an ASUS fan boy.All my pc hardware is Asus but TP-Link had the flexibility of having a Ethernet or Fiber Optic Cable as the internet line input so that was my deciding factor. Plus this TP-Link has 4 2.5gbps LAN ports & 1 10GBPS LAN port..Net gears flagship router didn't stand a chance compared to this the only one I considered was the Asus wifi 7 gaming flagship router but like I said. It wasn't as flexible when it came to connections & overall ports.

Stable, functional router with capable mobile app
I got Archer GE-800 to replace my Netgear R7000 router which started disconnecting very often, the mobile was awful and rudimentary. Plus it would not pick up a lost connection automatically.GE-800 is incredibly stable! It hasn’t lost connection once and it restores connection automatically when network improves. The speeds have increased substantially. The mobile app is sophisticated and well designed. I can’t speak about the range since my apartment is small. The only thing that bothers me is a cooling fan. It’s noticeable in my bedroom and i think LED lighting causes excess heating. I wish the router was quieter.
