Love it..
This product in particular is mesmerizing. It has a tendency to lessen stress, hahaha, it does for me. This is something you want to purchase if you love to listen to music, it adds vibe while you jam.

Better instructions needed, but great fun inexpensive
It works nicely. A couple of issues:- no instructions on the assembly. The big silver screws on the back, white plastic washers between rear plastic and circuit board.- no instructions on the mic dip switch. You remove the switch completely to disable the onboard mic.- limited instructions on the analog gain adjustment on the back. It appears there are two, one for each LR channel.- there is also digital gain adjustment. It's a bit of a challenge, since you don't always listen at the same level so the bars might be full if you just turn the volume up a touch. Some digital auto gain would be a great addition.- to get one big display, rather than sepeeate left and right channels (each taking one half of the screen), you set "Channel" to 0-the included USB cable is pretty short, maybe 2ft.-i like mode 1, and the speed at highestYour input is likely to be the 3.5mm headphone jack. Plan accordingly, I used a RCA converter and connected to my LR front preouts of my receiver. For $39 this is great. Very bright and has an amazing retro green Hercules looking screen.

Supplied USB cable useless
Just received my display and the USB cable is useless because it’s USB to micro usb not USB C

Works great with a small microphone
The media could not be loaded. I wanted some visual eye candy and this did the trick perfectly. I connected it to a cheap mic to pick up the sound and attached it to and powered from my music PC.I only wish it was bigger!

MoChos take
Looks good on the desk, has only one color option, very sensitive to ambient noise, hard to make out the clock sometimes

Works great, good value
The media could not be loaded. I absolutely love this thing, it looks awesome and it's well programmed. 1 small request, it displays all frequencies of sound equally, so a 100hz shift in a tone will move the bar the same amount no matter what the note is. The problem with this is that the human ear is much more sensitive to changes in tone in the bass frequencies, 120hz and under. But the display ends up mashing them together as just "bass". It's a small issue but I would like some more nuance in the bass areas and less in the treble. Regardless I definitely recommend this. It's very inexpensive for a VFD and it works excellent.
