Very Satisfied with this Package Box
All parts were present. No damaged parts. All were in perfect condition. It took me 3 hours to put this together by myself. I needed an L Philips wrench for some of the screws. That is not provided. By yourself, parts A, B, C need to be screwed together first, then the bottom E can be attached. E only goes in one way, so if you don't line up the back three holes, you will be re-doing the placement. Part G and Part K were a pain. The instructions are not very clear on bending the tabs in Part K, nor on the mail slot. I figured it out after many minutes of assessment. Overall, it seems sturdy, but I'm not sure how long the hinge system for the mail slot will last. I hope there's a way to replace them if they fail over time. It came with the USPS/Fedex label and that was easy to apply. I still must drill holes in my front porch concrete to affix this box and the concrete bolts (4) included do not identify their size, so I have to figure out what size concrete drill bit to use. It would have been nice if they included this information. I don't like guessing or having to measure myself and I do not have experience in attaching things to concrete. I already had a smaller package box on my porch that is attached to the exterior wall, but recently had a package theft and found the need for a larger package box. There are theives living on my street that literally watch for delivery trucks that can steal a package within minutes after a delivery. I'm also getting my security camera back up and running and hope to catch them in the act very soon.Edit: The concrete sleeve bolt is 8/8 strength, 10mm sleeve × 2 1/8". The bolt is only 5mm. The frame the bolt drops in is 1"x1". So, you need a 10mm bit hole drilled with a hammer drill around 1.5" deep. There are 4 holes and 4 bolts. That's not very deep, so perhaps a longer 10mm sleeve bolt is needed. I'm considering an eye bolt, because I could use the eye with a cable to lock something like a bicycle to it.

Nice size mailbox
The media could not be loaded. Pros:Easy to put together. They supplied the screwdriver and gloves. Plenty of room for nice size soft packages and small boxes, will hold plenty of mail.Cons:The key has a hard time going in the lock. The box gets wet at the bottom so the mail and papers get wet. If the water freezes it freezes the bottom door.

Bad instructions. Arrived with some damage.
The steel panels came with many dents and bends in the metal. The outside/inside packaging was okay so it looks like a manufacturing problem. The directions were minimal and required a lot of guessing. Hint: lay the back panel down and work from the floor. The process took 2 people about 1.5 hours. The shipping decal that is include arrived bent up. I had to trim all the edges to get it to look okay. I recommend purchaing a seperate decal just in case. The final product looks good for the price and I'm happy we continued even though we debated returning it.

No more dogs stealing packages!
Oddly enough our package thieves are...dogs 🤣 This has 100% resolved the issue! The box was easy to assemble, easy to secure in place and easy to use. I do have to keep oiling the key lock, but it rains a lot here. So far 75% of packages fit in it easily. The other large items can be set on top of it, as it's pretty stout.

Just as described
It’s just as described. Perfect for home use.Sturdy. We get a few packages, holds everything and we feel secure from our dogs chewing up packages (main reason🤨) and porch pirates.

Missing parts. Poorly designed. Zero security.
Where to even begin. How this package box had multiple 5-star ratings shocks me. The only good thing I can say about this package box is it looks nice once assembled but, boy was that a nightmare. The main door could not be assembled with what was provided. The instructions said to screw the panels together but there was nothing for the screws to bite into. Just a massive holes through each panel that were 3 times wider than the screws themself. The second photo is the inner side of the pull out package drop door. I had to use nuts and bolts from my own stash (circled in red) just to put the door together. It was not an easy process and a total rig job. I was very annoyed but figured whatever, it will work. The thing that makes this box a piece of junk is the total lack of security features. The pins (circled in blue) can easily be pulled out with just your fingers and the whole door can be removed and there is no panel that covers this weak area. Not only that but even with the door on, you can simply open the door, reach your arm in, and grab any packages that are inside. There is nothing blocking direct access to the bottom of the box. This is not worth the $180. Save your money and buy something else. If you buy this be warned you’ll need to rig the door together with your own hardware and once assembled it is nothing more than a deterrent. This will not keep your packages secure.

Not yet tested but...
...Christmas is coming along with plenty of Amazon deliveries. Assembly wasn't too difficult, but some parts of the kit confuse me. Included were a pair of cloth gloves that are so small that a 6-year old couldn't wear them, much less me. Also included was a small flat-head screwdriver. It's a nice addition, but every screw is phillips-head.
