I enjoy the added crunch this provides in my daily meal prep. Sometimes it’s difficult to eat the same healthy meal every day, but this helped improve the bland taste. The extra kick satisfied my taste buds, making it easier to enjoy my meal prep and reducing my cravings for unhealthy food!

This doesn't have any MSG, garlic, or onion in it, so if you're looking for those additional flavors to boost your recipes you're not going to find them here. (there's also no fermented soy beans, which are my favorite part, so i miss that as well.) it is a good chili oil though provided you understand what you're getting.

This is a 6.5 oz glass jar of Original Chili Crunch Calabrian chili peppers in oil, from TuttoCalabria. It arrived fresh, in perfect condition, and factory sealed. When you open this, it looks exactly like an Asian spicy chili crisp. Those versions have other ingredients besides just the chilis, which makes them kind of funky and pretty complex. This isn't that, but it is exactly what it promises to be, so it stands up on its own as a separate and distinct product. This is more for when you want the mild to medium spice, but not the funkiness. It's great on eggs, pasta, potatoes, vegetables, pizza...just all kinds of things. Make sure you use both the oil and the solids, the oil is very flavorful in its own right. I recommend this chili crunch for when you want the spice and crunch, but without Asian flavors.

It's a really spicy so a fan of spicy would love it. I like spicy as well but there's a lack of flavor. Even after mixing it from the bottom to top it didn't have much flavor besides some salt and lots of spiciness. When you try it by itself you'll get hit by the heat but it mellows out when you eat it with other foods. Might be better if I add some spices like garlic powder to it.

This chilli oil is pretty good I thought it would be similar to the Chinese spicy chili oil crunch and it is not, it tastes good on pizza and and pastas.

I used this on a stir fry to give it some kick. When I first put it on, I was afraid that it was going to be way too much. Once I started eating it, I could barely tell there was any spice to it. I was surprised that this wasn't super spicy and that it didn't really add that much to the flavor. It's pretty good, and I'll use this whole jar. I don't know if I would go out of my way to order it again though.

When I ordered this, I thought I was getting chili crisp, like the Asian-style. Render me surprised when it is actually Italian Calabrian chili pepper crisp, similar to what my local Italian pizzeria has at the table to put on their pizza.It is delicious, and the Calabrian pepper is well suited for tomato sauce (to kick it up a notch), pizza, and even on top of roasted broccoli.You can definitely taste the Calabrian pepper if you know what you're looking for, but that flavor tastes out of place in stir-fry and other dishes (to me, but I'm a food snob lol).Fry some eggs in it though, very tasty. :)

I love this stuff. It's great to add to ramen, mac and cheese, deviled eggs, and even mayo. There's so many uses for it. It's got a nice fresh taste. It's a medium on the spicy scale. Super versatile and worth having in any kitchen. It also adds a nice slightly crunchy texture to dishes.
