Decent media player on TV
It supports USB drives and SD cards, and got H.265 decoding for stuff like MP4s, MKVs, and even JPGs. I use it to play some family videos or slideshows on the TV. The setup was simple, plug it in, load your files, and you’re good to go. Picture quality is clear for what I need, and it handles 4K at 30Hz fine for viewing. I like that it’s small and doesn’t take up much space next to the TV, just a little box. The remote’s buttons are tiny, and I have to point it just right to get it to work. Also, it supports a bunch of file types, but I’ve had a couple of older videos that wouldn’t play, literally just froze up, and I had to restart it. The menu is basic. On the plus side, it hasn’t overheated after a long playlist. It get the job done.

HDMI Media Player
The media could not be loaded. Streaming high-definition material from a variety of sources, such as USB drives and SD cards, was the primary purpose for which I used this device. The procedure of setting up the gadget was simple; I found the user manual to be understandable and simple to comprehend, which made it possible for me to get the device up and running without any difficulty. My TV and other electrical devices are complemented by the media player's contemporary look, which is a result of its sleek design, which fits in well with my current setup. I believe the image quality is excellent, presenting graphics that are clear and vivid, which makes movies, television programs, and even simple photo slideshows appear just gorgeous. It doesn't matter whether I'm looking through my picture collection or viewing high-definition films; the clarity and color accuracy are both striking. In addition, the fact that it is compatible with a wide range of video formats, including MP4, MKV, and MOV, guarantees that I am able to play almost any media file without having to worry about compatibility difficulties.

Effortless Media Playback for All Your Family Files
I bought this device because I have an older TV that I love, but doesn't have the ability of some of the newer models. I’m no tech wizard, so I needed something that wouldn’t make me scratch my head. The setup took me just a few minutes: HDMI plug into the TV, power it up, and attach a USB Stick, hard drive or SD card. I plugged in my hard drive where I keep my old family videos and pictures. And bam! suddenly, all my video files and family photos were ready to watch. The menu was straightforward, and the remote worked with zero lag.During a recent family holiday party, I plugged in the hard drive and put on a slide show of historical family photos going back generations! I showed photos from from the 1920's right up to present time. It didn’t stutter or freeze once and it was fantastic to have that as a backdrop to the party.Watching videos, flipping through pictures—this little gizmo did it all. If you need a simple way to get your files on a “dumb” TV, I’d say give this one a shot. It lived up to my hopes.Heads up: I have noticed that you need to have the remote facing directly in front of the gizmo, if you are off to the side, it's not as responsive.

Note all info on website and device was DOA
Tutorial/instruction sheet says that for autoplay that all files must not be in sub directories WHICH I COULD NOT VERIFY since the device was DEAD ON ARRIVAL (DOA)

Supports USB signal production as advertised
There's a bit of convolution during signal processing that results in a bit of annoying delayl

Got what I paid for...
Actually, I tried one of these that was even cheaper, big mistake, it's not that they're outrageously priced, but I should have known better. This one Actually plays every format it says it does.

It works well, handles a lot of pictures. Manual hard to understand
I had to send a different player back because it wouldn't handle a lot of JPG’s. This one does it well. It has a lot of flexibility in the transitions from photo to photo and in display time. Manual is difficult to understand and the OSD has some Chinese characters. But overall quite pleased as a countertop photo display app. Use in conjunction with a low cost medium sized computer monitor.

Simple and effective slideshow kiosk
Using it as a slideshow kiosk. Put images in a folder on an SD card and it’ll run through them in random or sequential order. Don’t lose the remote. Not sure how to use the thing without it, or if it is usable.Running multiple hours without hiccups on a 1920x1080 HDMI monitor. Haven’t tested video or outputting to a 4K monitor.
