Great, but cannot be adjusted. Length is fixed. Cannot be cut. Too long.

The design allows me to "dial in" the length I need without having to "cut and hope" the 'cable' is the right length.

Nice quality jump rope
I ordered the Huhlock high speed weighted jump rope for my wife. She has been investing in a variety of exercise equipment to help strengthen her muscles to support her bones after being diagnosed with osteoporosis. She chose to go with the red polymer-coated cable to start with and had her son help figure the best length and then shortened it and attached the handles. She really likes the feel and weight of the jump rope and felt it will give her a good work out. The overall quality of the jump rope is very high and should be really durable.

Easy to Adjust
Great jump rope! I like how easy it is to change its length to suit your needs. It works well and I love that the handles themselves spin which makes it easier to use.

This ain't your kid's jumprope!
I've been on a health kick as everyone is in the first month of the year, egged on by my new Garmin watch. I'm still going strong, and I've been looking into cardio that can replace running intervals for when it gets too hot here (Florida), which is usually March. Indoor jump roping seems to be the ticket.This is well weighted, and glides smoothly through the whole arch. It comes with cutting instructions to par it down to a right size. I'd recommend going a little longer than what they say for your height, just in case. If you screw up, you do have a second rope that you can cut. I used a wire cutter.It comes in a nice package that holds it and the extra rope all together. I use it on hard floors in my house, as they recommend not using it outside (concrete can damage the rope). It comes with a plastic tube to place where the rope comes in contact with the floor to help protect against damage. So far I see none.
