Samsung hit this one out of the park!
This is by far the best laptop I have used. The display is better than the OLEDs I have used from HP for example. I am coming from an HP Spectre 360 which is no slouch, but I am blown away.

The product arrived safely, it works correctly, the specifications are correct, everything has worked well.

Runs too hot, overheats, drains battery
I love using this laptop, I LOVE being able to draw on it. It is responsive and pretty easy to use. That said, she overheats SO quickly, so hot, to the point she starts working sluggishly and programs go into [NOT RESPONDING] mode once she gets too hot. The lightweight size of this laptop makes her so easy to carry around school and work, but sometimes she gets unusably hot and then the battery drain becomes egregious.

Touchscreen issues!!!
Got as a gift for my daughter for Christmas, less than 6 months later and her touchscreen has stopped working, and the device just shows a ⚠️ symbol. She has done all the troubleshooting steps. Very disappointing, and trying to contact Samsung has been zero help.

No Copilot+???!!!
I put in the order because of the advertised Copilot++. Got excited when the box said it had Copilot++, but found no copilt+, onlu copilot. What is the story?
