Good product. Should buy as it's really great for health. It's not sticky . Good for cooking Indian cuisine. For frying, it's a perfect oil. Lighter and easy on health . It's a product of Spain. Low erucic acid oil . Free from argemone oil . Got it at greater discount so it was a great deal . Amazon is great in promoting such product . Borges s great brand too.

Heart Healthy Oil and suits perfectly for Indian Cooking
I had read that Canola Oil is rich in good fats and can help reduce the risk of heart disease when used instead of saturated fats by reducing LDL cholesterol in the blood. Canola oil has: Just 7% saturated fat – the least of the common culinary oils. No trans fat.Sounds Great, right. Well that's true, I have been using this oil now for more than an year and must share few important observations.1. The texture of oil is so silky that a very small amount is sufficient for cooking Indian Vegetarian Recipes unlike other refined oils.2. The oil blends in well with Indian spices .3. It's good for heavy and light frying
I use canola oil for both heavy and light frying. Unlike other cold-pressed canola oils, this is refined and filtered but not too much. It has that neutral flavour. It's best for some Asian dishes like noodles and stir-fries that doesn't use sesame/gingelly oil.Previously I've ordered this canola oil from Amazon, either it was leaked in transit or they sent a very old package like a year old. I know what you'll are thinking but no, despite what the label says (3yrs) it won't even last a year in storage. I experienced that in first hand. But Amazon was super helpful in understanding the issue and provided me the refund. After several months later (feedback doesn't travel fast unlike gossip 😉), it seems they finally fixed that old stock problem.Now I order from here all the time. But be sure to check the date before placing the order or immediately check and complain if the date is year old. You don't want that! trust me!!

Overpriced in the name of sale.
Oil is of good quality, but it seems Amazon deliberately gives less discount on Borges as compare to Hudson to push the sales of the later.I purchased this for Rs947 and later found it listed at Amazon as well as nearby retail shop at Rs799 so a net loss of Rs150.Whars the use of buying this product on Independence day sale if we can get it later at cheaper rate that too from Amazon.It was a fraud promotion in the name of sale but prices were really jacked up.This is done at local retailers but one doesn't expect this from Global chain.Borges oil is few notches above Hudson in Quality.There is nothing wrong in oil itself expect price.
