That irritating beeping (just can't make this up)
"I removed the beeper" / "This beeping every second is driving me nuts" / "Beeping every second is a drawback" / ....etc.....Directly from the manual, and their website: p.17 - Table 3.6 "1 beep every second - The load of devices is greater than the UPS output rating, see specifications page 23"--- Yeap, just can't make that up ----Reading those reviews worried me, then I read the manual online and saw the information above. So; I calculated the load using the labels on the monitor and PS for the computer and this one was well within spec of what I needed.Plugged it in today, it was 90% charged (bonus). With the computer and monitor plugged into the BAT side (peripherals in surge side) the LED indicator says "ONE" bar of load, the software says 20% ~ 30%And.....Other than the POST 'beep' it has not made a sound......... go figure.Don't be cheap folks, Its not that hard to add up the power usage on the labels, always remember to add 20% or so to the number (surge) and figure out how many VA you need for a UPS.Software is okay, simplistic - but IMHO you don't need more (Linux). Total pain you have to register to get the software, but unit seems to work well. Its a solid company with a good warranty; and the batter is a generic so cheap to replace -when- its time.So - Ignore all the "beep" reviews, figure out your load, buy what you need and things should be fine.

Does its job
Hooked it up and was beeping nonstop!!! Unplugged from battery backed up plugs into surge only, let charge 24 hrs... plug back in one by one... no more beeping!Noticed battery is EXTREMELY SMALL, will not provide much time to finish work, just save and close.Unit sometimes beeps on wake-up... thought it went bad, but it didn't continuously beep.Overall does what its suppose to but would get units would bigger battery capacity to give time to finish some work, save and close.

Great for Power Interruptions
Everytime the power blinked on and off, the satellite antenna and receiver would reboot, causing a 5 minute delay. Very inconvenient, especially when there was a game on. The Liebert PST5-660 cured that problem and now we dont lose our tv everytime the power blinks off and back on.

Very high quality and protects electronics
Sadly, power surges and blinks are a part of life but electronics do not like them. This uninterruptable power supply has the ability to give uniform power to devices even as the house power varies or goes off. That greatly extends the life of TVs, computers, gaming centers. This device is solid built and has a LED screen that gives info on the electricity .

UNSAFE AT ANY SPEED
I've owned this product since December 2022. 9 months as of this review. After setting this up in my workstation, at some point I noticed that plugs pushed into the backup power receptacles no longer met the usual resistance a plug normally meets when being inserted into a power outlet. "Hmm, I'll have to check that out" I said to myself, then promptly forgot about it.Fast forward to September 2023: during a local wildfire emergency the power goes out, but I REALLLY need my Starlink modem powered up to stay informed so I decide to pop the outlet cover to see what's what. I Unplug the unit (yes, it's been plugged in for 9 months), switch to zero power output and pop the cover. What I found was, as in picture: the bus bars (of flimsy thin-gauge materiel) are only press-fit into the receptacle housing AND APPARENTLY THE VERY ACT OF INSERTING AND REMOVING PLUGS CAUSED THEM TO DISCONNECT FROM THEIR HOUSING. So I've had live, 120V. bus bars hanging, unsecured, in close proximity to each other for all these months in my home. That this thing didn't start a fire is a minor miracle frankly. But it gets better, by which I mean it gets worse: As I stated there was a wildfire emergency and I needed connectivity, so I jury rigged a connection to my modem (don't try this at home) out of necessity and it worked as expected, powering the modem FOR ALL OF 15 MINUTES UNTIL THE BATTERY DRAINED TO ZERO.Now I'm not a mechanical engineer, but I can tell you from first hand inspection that whatever the word for "robust design" is, this unit is best described as the opposite of that word. Also, my brain is not large, and maths are hard, but I know the equation "Starlink X 660VA = 15 minutes" makes no sense at all.So, to sum up, if you need a unit that might burn your house down while you are away, plus gives you just enough time, if you're quick, to properly shut down your equipment before it literally runs out of gas then this may be the unit for you.

Does what it is supposed to do!
Works well as a backup until the generator takes over. This is a small device don’t try to run to much on it and you should be okay. I have an 8 camera security system on it. I have my router and monitors on individual ups like this one also.

NICE UNIT
Bought this to keep my Verizon 5G internet modem and Mesh router online during the frequent power outages we get. Had a outage the other day and it work as it should and the best thing is if it is totally drained it will come back online when power is restored...our old unit had to be manually reset if that occurred\. That is not good if you are away on vacation and you use your internet connection to monitor your security system, furnace thermostat etc. This feature was one of the things that sold me on this backup power supply.

works with generator
Installed a new whole house generator, this is a must item to have so you don't lose internet, tv service on intermittent loss of electricity on transfer switch over.

great buy
Use it for backup of router to avoid internet loss before our back generator comes on after 5 seconds of power loss. So far worked as advertised, no complaints.

Let the zombies eat me if my Internet goes out!
I am the first to admit that my need to “be connected” is probably worthy of an intervention. That said, most of my house relies on my Internet connection. From my doorbell to my thermostats to my outlets (just to name a few), my house is steeped in IoT.Unfortunately, I live in a pretty hostile climate, and the power goes out quite regularly. No power used to mean no Internet, but not anymore! With my new UPS, my modem, router and devices with battery backup keep doing their thing. I might actually get another one to connect to another access point in my home. It would be good if I could keep my entire network up to avoid any dead or weak spots. My only problem with all UPS devices is their size and weight. I don’t want my home to end up looking like the telecom room at my office.Anyway, if being connected matters as much to you as it does to me, I recommend this UPS. It’s easy to set up and provides enough power to keep you up and running even if the outage lasts several hours.
