I liked these boxes so much, I ordered twelve more. When I received this order, one of the boxes was broken. I called and asked about having it replaced. They offered to exchange all of them and I accepted. Well - - - These plastic containers are so wonderful that I decided to keep the box of 12 that I was going to exchange. I use them to store genealogy papers and pictures - I disposed of the broken one and have used a total of 30 plastic containers so far. I will be purchasing them again. This company was so easy to work with and have a wonderful product.

No issues with the product and working as intended. No quality issues as the latches and bins are all unblemished and all 12 of the 15 qt latching bins came in undamaged. Just for comparison purposes, I live in a major metropolian area so it didn't change hands much. I was afraid some might be damaged in transit but luckily none were.The bins are shipped in a sterilite box and with no surrounding packaging but is it sized up to nearly the width and lenth of the , so it's possible a really hard whack or a drop could damage them in transit.

--Update--I am updating this due to the fact that the seller reached out to me after my review and offered to send out new boxes to replace the broken ones. Great customer service. I am now really happy with my boxes!--Initial Review--Apart from the two boxes out of the eight that were cracked on arrival due to bad packaging, the boxes work well, are see-through, and hold a good amount of stuff. The two cracked boxes won't last very long as they were cracked close to the handles.

The containers are great and we are going to reorder because we need more, but Sterilite needs to do better on their packing. The bottom container was totally destroyed. Placed a 2nd order because we needed more of them. This time 2 arrived damaged and unusable. I don 't know how to get the three broken containers replaced.

They worked perfectly in my kids closet for clothes in place of a dresser. Saved a lot of space.

Buying these in bulk is a great way to begin to organize your life. A good value considering you get a clear container, latching lids and a sturdy medium duty plastic construction.

ALL 12 BOXES ARRIVED WITH ABSOLUTELY NO DAMAGE !! I am very, very happy !!These are very nicely finished plastic (no rough or sharp edges), latches lock positive, I really like these !! :-)

like other people, 3/6 of the bins came cracked which I attribute to the delivery carrier. When I called support they sent replacements with zero fuss. they're good quality, seem sturdy, stackable. overall very happy

Very nice boxes. Unfortunately, the bottom one arrived broken (as noted in several other reviews) - I had hoped this would have been addressed as it has been raised by other reviewers. Sadly, no. I am hoping to have the broken box replaced.

I was expecting to have at least 1 broken, especially since the delivery guy through them over my gate instead of pushing the gate open to my front door...ugh!.....Other reviewers are right however, these should have some kind of foam or something on the bottom to prevent damage. I love these containers, I'm an organize freak so getting them in bulk and the reasonable price is awesome! I love they snap closed.
