Building Maintenance: Forms, Checklists and Procedures

A very comprehensive book of checklists and task procedures. As a facilities manager, it is a great addition to my library. But...I only wish the material was available electonically. Live (editable) spreadsheets would be perfect, but even a PDF format would work. Quick delivery as usual. I would purchase again.
