Best foot rest I’ve ever had
This item is exactly how it is shown and described. The thing I love about it most is that it is soft to the touch. I’ve had several under the desk foot rests but they’ve all been hard. I never even thought about it until I tried this one. I never want a hard foot rest again. Another nice thing about this foot rest is you can turn it upside down and use its tiltability feature. It helps stretch my calves a bit as a lot of sitting can tighten them. I LOVE everything about this product. It also feels like it will last a long time, although I can’t confirm that since I’ve only had it about a month but I couldn’t be happier.

Great for Work!
I got this for work and it helps me sit properly in my chair. I am worried that over time it will sink down due to the type it is, but for right now it is perfect and comfortable!

Super happy so far
I really like this foot rest and have already benefited from using it. I can now raise up my chair so that my arms/shoulders are relaxed when I'm typing all day or mousing around the computer. My legs aren't dangling or restless; they now have a surface to rest on while I'm at the right height for the desktop to meet my arms. I'm not having to cross and uncross my legs or sit on a bent leg for comfort (all are so bad for a woman's hips and back). I can now sit up straight and relaxed. Amazing what a little elevation can do.The cushion is soft but firm. The fact of having a curved side and a flat side, both of which are for resting the feet, makes it versatile. I can keep the flat side down and rest my foot over the curved side, or I can put the curved side down and lay my feet flat on the nubby flat side. The curved side down means I can pivot from the ankle and rock my feet a little, changing angles. It doesn't sound like much, but it really is nice because I'm not stagnant, sitting in one position. I can move my legs without having to adjust my whole body to find the right spot. A huge change that is honestly amazingly simple. I recommend this footrest.Note that the photo shows a blue line around the foot. That made me think it was an indented area for the feet and a decorative blue lining seam. There is NOTHING there like that. It seems that the photo is just outlining the feet for demonstration, probably to show how the foam contours and conforms to the foot. It's just a rounded cushion, nothing more, black and no design.Note as well that the "massaging beads" mentioned in the description are nothing more than a nubby surface on the flat side. It does feel nice on the bottom of the foot because it's a textured surface, but there's no massage action or sensation. The nubby surface does helps keep the footrest in place on the floor when using the curved side for your feet.Side note: I bought the footrest at the same time I bought a split keyboard and a lumbar cushion for my man-sized chair with concave chair back. The three things together have completely changed how I sit and how I function at the desk. The split keyboard allows my arms to be in a non-hunched-together position because they're slightly splayed outward to whatever feels right for me, a natural position. The keyboard takes getting used to for some applications, but that just comes with practice. The lumbar support helps my back stay comfortably supported in a chair that is too large for my female frame and which has a concave back support that does no one any good for all-day sitting. The lumbar support cushion is memory foam and conforms perfectly to my spinal curve.

Comfy product but ripped
I like the product but the zipper broke on the bottom cushion.

A nice footrest! But watch out for possible issue with poorly translated instructions!
I initially bought one of these while I was in Spain from "amazon.es." I loved it.Back in the U.S. I bought one through "amazon.com". Perfect! Deciding we needed a second on at our house here in the U.S., we ordered another... It was terrible! (See photo #3).Cold weather had arrived since our first U.S. purchase of the item. We had noted the "CAUTION" instructions on the package, and after previously removing the cushions from their wrapper, left them in our (warm) house for more than 24 hours before trying to use them. We waited another day. They were still deformed and unusable. We sent the footrest cushions back to Amazon and ordered new ones, assuming we had received a defective order. The next set we received were just as bad! Thinking that perhaps there was a trick to getting them to properly expand to their proper shape, I called phone support for Huanuo (the manufacturer). After my detailed explanation, the rep told me to just return to Amazon and request a replacement. I submitted the replacement request to Amazon, and got the return label to use when dropping it off at a local merchant. When the replacement shipment arrived, I acted on a hunch...Maybe the "Caution" wording was so poorly translated that it caused me some confusion as to how to deal with the item which had "come in from the cold." These footrest cushions are delivered in a highly compressed roll, protected by a plastic sheath. This time I allowed the cushions to adapt to room temperature BEFORE opening the packaging.Wow! This time the pillows expanded to their proper size and shape quite quickly after I pulled them out of their plastic sheath!Honestly, I don't know if the first two were defective, or if all along the strangely worded "CAUTION" had been the problem all along! But in the end we did get a very nice footrest!Afterword:Sloth and scheduling issue had delayed taking the second deformed footrest set to the drop off location. Two weeks after our original receipt, ready to finally put it in the car to take it back, we saw that after that extended period it had actually expanded properly and was usable. FINALLY!!!Well, we cancelled the return and ended up with three footrest sets.
