Good value for the price. If you don't abuse it, it will suffice.
First one showed up with a broken conductor, but was easily replaced. I use it to test heater bands at work. It registers well up to 700° farenheit.

Works surprisingly well.
I use this right-angle surface temp probe to measure aluminum surfaces before welding. It has a surprisingly fast response time, and seems well designed to keep convective air currents off the sensing element. For surfaces, this probe worms much better than just touching with a bare thermocouple. I haven't checked accuracy properly, but at room temp this probe (mounted on a cheap digital thermometer) agrees with my bulb thermometer.

Seems good
Instructions were a little vague and sharp metal edges was not ideal for measuring a sensitive heat platen

Worked sometimes
This device worked as designed about 2% of the time, but it seems the cable has a broken wire in the cord. If you are able to bend the cord just right it will give a reading. Hopefully, it is just a fluke and not a trend. We did order a straight version of this probe and it works fine.
