Learn Turkish Language: Colloquial Turkish Phrasebook for Friendship and Love

This book was incredibly helpful to me as an intro to Turkish for my recent travel to Turkey. It covers the basics and a little bit extra, so if you are trying to get around in Turkey and can't find anyone who speaks English, this book definitely helps. I especially liked that they give you access to an online portal so you know how to pronounce the words. And best yet, when I had a question and wrote to the publisher for clarification on one of the resources, they provided a prompt and courteous response. I am very pleased with this purchase and would recommend to anyone as a place to start if you have interest in learning the beautiful Turkish language.

Purchased this book for a friend who is in an early relationship with a Turkish woman and he's had so many great things to say about it. The book cuts through the unnecessary words that fill other phrasebooks and focuses on things you actually want to say. He said it's yielded dividends in his relationship! The phrases in the book are friendly, colloquial, and so much easier to learn here than deep in another language course book. Highly recommend this book- 5 stars!!

This is a very great phrasebook. I am impressed that this book focuses on conversation and not survival phrases as most phrasebooks tend to do. This reminds me of the “Making Out in” series phrasebooks with their additional emphasis on relationships.

Happy with my purchase. Did not yet listen to the audio. It’s nice to have basic words and phrases that are actually useful.
