Shock Doctor Court Insole

I suffer from bad knees, and even with an adequate cushion setup like charged foam or Nike zoom air, I felt my knees ache after playing basketball. I had the idea of combining those cushion setups with a good insole and now my knees do not ache or only ache just a little bit after a couple hours of basketball. I am glad I made the decisions to buy these insoles because it allows me to play basketball longer and lessen the after effects. They do not feel plush, however they are great shock absorbers and they fit into most shoes that have removable insoles. I used these in my Soldier 9s, Clutchfit IIs, and my K1Xs, and they allow me to play harder for a longer periods of time. I usually play basketball for about 4 to 6 hours and my whole body aches afterwards, with these insoles I only have to worry about my back aching. I highly recommend these insoles in combination with an already existing cushion system.

I have never purchased an insert before, but I was in the market for this product due to severe pain from shin splints. The pain was starting to get so bad that I could only play basketball once every 3 days. I stumbled upon these and I'm so glad I decided to make the purchase. I've used them for about 7-8 sessions now and I love them. From the minute I put them into my shoes I could tell a huge difference in the support. Now my cuts are quicker and more precise, and I feel confident going up high for the rebound again knowing that I won't be in pain when I come down. Not only did these inserts clear up my shin splints, I can tell the difference in my ankles, calves, and knees as well. I fatigue much less quickly now. I can play ball as long and as often as I want to. By the next morning my legs are fully recovered. I feel like I'm back in high school. I will never play ball without inserts again.Also, I wanted to address the blister reviews, because those definitely made me skeptical of the product. I was already accustomed to wearing two pairs of socks while playing basketball to prevent blisters anyways. I still wear two pairs with these inserts and have not had a single blister. I did have to take out the original insoles in my Jordans to have enough room in my shoe.

Replaced the old insoles in my basketball shoes with these. My feet had been hurting every time I played but the outside of the shoes were in good shape. When I pulled out the insoles they had holes in them, so no wonder my feet were hurting. Rather than spend a bunch of money on new shoes I figured I'd give these a shot. They feel great. Size 10 shoe and didn't have to cut anything to fit.

This product greatly reduced my ankle & knee pain after playing 5-8 full court games of pickup basketball on a hardwood floor. The size is true and it takes some breaking in at first. The product is really firm and has an almost shell-like quality to it, but it's very supportive. It almost feels like I'm standing on a mini platform within my sneakers if that makes any sense. I recommend this product in reducing the impact on your joints unless you are one of those weirdos who enjoy joint pain, osteoarthritis, & popping NSAIDS until you develop ulcers and internal bleeding with a side of fries.

I bought this product to reduce the heel pain in the morning after playing tennis the night prior; i inserted the insoles and within a week my heel pain was reduced. Initially the shoes felt elevated, i was able to get use to that within several games. It took about a week for the insoles to settle into my shoes and they do not move while playing. The relief in the morning after about a week was well worth the trial. I gave the insoles 4 stars as they do not get rid of the pain; I continue to ice after play and do a pre and post stretch to help reduce the pain, some mornings i have none.

I bought these to replace the original insoles in my Adidas Mundial Team turf. After using them for 4 indoor games, my feet hurt badly. I thought it was due to the hardness of the court. Just yesterday I switched to a different brand and this morning I had no pain. I would not recommend these insoles for indoor cage soccer.

These things are amazing! My husbands back and legs feel night and day different! He works on concrete all day long in dress shoes and these have been amazing! Ordered 3 pairs! My dad has recommended them (he’s a carpenter). So glad we got them!! Definitely worth every penny!

I first bought this for my badminton shoes (SHB-01 MX) as insole replacement. This is my 2nd insole replacement and I am super satisfy with this. At first I was worry the insole is quite rigid compare to my previous insole, but I turns out more comfortable than other insoles I have. Now I ordered 2 more for my non-sport sneakers. Goodbye Dr. Scholls.

The largest size was a perfect fit in my size 13 Lebron soldier XI’s without me having to cut them down, these were instantly more comfortable than the original flimsy insoles

Bought originally to try help deal with bad blisters I was getting playing tennis, not only have they been perfect for this but can really feel the effect on my knees - much less sore the next day after a couple of intense practice sessions. Fit perfectly into my asics tennis shoes with no cutting, very comfortable. I feel the £20 price tag however is a bit too much, otherwise 5 stars!

I am still wearing them in but so far they have been very good (bar me cutting them a little to short!). I use them to play netball with and had issues with shin splints and for foot pain, which have all gone since using these. So all in all they are a great product.

Been using it for about 2 months. I am on court at least 8 hours a week. So far so good, but i'd say these are better than the Dr. S's i buy from the drug store. Too bad the original supplier is no longer available so it's costing 3 times more now.
