Good but could be improved.
Very enjoyable training equipment and works as intended but needs to be improved.The headband is just a Velcro strap and could do with an upgrade. The balls have no attachment and need to be threaded through a small velcro strip which attaches to the headband. The heavy ball is slightly too heavy for the bungy cord and I find it easier due to its slower moving speeds.

No instructions sheet with product and band slips down on head. Apart from that it does what it says on the tin!!

Very good quality for an adequate price
The item arrived in time and in very nice velvet like little bag. I haven't had the opportunity to try it, but it seems like very good quality for an adequate price.

Don’t hit to hard
Good, mastered in 1 hour. Use the red one first not the black. Easier with gloves to start
