The first one arrived with a big gouge in the leg even though the packaging was in tact - I sent that one back. The second one was not damaged but covered in greasy hand and finger prints - I cleaned it up but I assume these packing and quality control issues will improve. Keep coming up with good functional and high-quality products. I reflected a hope for improvement in hardware in "Easy to Assemble" rating - that fact that the adjustable height would have been done better with 4 heavy duty spring-loaded adjusters rather than the clunky hex bolt and double nuts. While it was easy to assemble, it won't be easy to readjust and likely never will be once assembled.

works great, easy to put together, and heavy duty. for fat guys like me. would buy again. ;]

Got this item tonight. Went to put it together, and the nuts lock at about 1/4 of the distance they need to, leaving the wheels WAYYYYY too loose to be safe and the seat not completely secure. Trying to contact seller to find out about a work around, but that is NOT any easy process either. NOT HAPPY. I am crippled, returning this product would be a HUGE hassle....!I am still not entirely happy with this product. You CANNOT speak directly with the seller on this item, and Amazon was NOT HELPFUL. I hate the fact that Amazon no longer alerts you when something is not being sold in the USA and simply hooks you up with foreign sellers without telling you who and wear they are. That said, I got different bolts, the ones that come with this item are cheap steel. Don't use them. You don't have a choice with the wheels, but you can replace the ones to the seat. I had a male friend take my wrenches, and he showed me how to tighten and loosen the wheel bolts, and he told me the ones I had purchased from the hardware store were meant for automobiles, and were about the toughest you can buy. So now the product is usable again, though it ended up meaning a trip to the hardware store, and about another $12 in bolts, washers, nuts, etc.

The creeper seat itself is great! But I'm very disappointed that the seller did not include the tool caddy/tray as described in listing..

No portable tool tray as advertised.

This is the perfect height for my hubby to clean and polish the lover edges of our classic car. He's 270lb and it is substantial and sturdy.
