10 Pcs Brass Nestle Tips Straight Edge The ends of the nest bands have often been provided with metal sleeves, the so-called nest tips, to make them easier to pass through the holes or eyelets. These tips are made from non-ferrous metal sheet which has been cut out and hammered into shape to be then either pushed onto the nest or riveted by a hole in the bag shaped nest tip. This nest tip is approx. in the High Middle Ages. Length: approx. 36 mm. Attachment: approx. 5 - 6 mm.
