Viva Media Chronicles of Witches and Warlocks

I bought the game in Feb of 2016 We played through it the first time. Now that we have played it once it appears it locks up and we can't get out of the screens. It seems like it has a lot of bugs. We would like help.

Stopped working 2/3 through the disc. Would like to send back to Amazon.

This game seemed like it would be fun to play, but won't let you finish it. Stopped working 2/3 through the disc.First the hint button stopped working and than would not let you go back or forward. I just froze.I have vista and xp and would not play to the end. Don't buy

I love all types of hidden object games

I played this game sometime last year from a Viva 20 pack and got stuck in the ice cave, in arriving( at ice cave) there is a point where the ghost girl says that we have to go back to the apartment, the problem for me was that I thought to go back there now. Which was my PROBLEM, I went there(apartment) and the game got stuck, I was not able to get back to the ice cave or use the hint button. DON'T go back and I did not use the hint button. Stay at the ice cave and finish all requirements to finish that phase of the game, and I was able to finish the game, which I started the game again from the start and finished it recently.

This was a pretty good game until an apparent glitch prevented me from finishing it. I reached a point where I'm not able to pick up an object that, according to what I've read on the internet, I'm supposed to be able to pick up. And whenever I hit the hint button it keeps telling me to do something I've already done. This isn't the first game by this company that I've had a problem with and haven't been able to complete. I will definitely not be buying anymore of their games.
