Not all button functions worked with my Receiver. But the basic on-off/volume up-down/etc.etc. do work. And for me, thats fine. It couldnt access every menu function on my receiver, that I am able to adjust manually by hand. But oh well, It works good enough for my purpose.

Every thing seems to work fine except the auto detect sound format button. Not a big deal since I hardly use it.

This remote was purchased for a Pioneer VSX-1015 TX that I bought 2nd hand which didn't include a remote. It arrived on the expected date. I have used it for power on/off, volume control, switching inputs and music/tv listening modes. It works for these and probably performs all the functions of the original remote. The item came shipped in a padded envelop and was inside a clear plastic bag which arrived in my mail box. The top of the remote had a sticker on it that said Made in China which is fully expected of many generic items like this. I was pleasantly surprised when I removed the sticker and there was an authentic looking Pioneer logo underneath. I doubt I'll need another but would not hesitate to order from this seller in the future.

This was already programmed for the TV. Better than the original!
