Setting up viewing monitors for fast food drive thru so the order taker can see the y-lane and the stack as well as the front counter in case they are covering two stations. Great price, form factor, and amazing support. This works great for multi-channel decoding from your cameras. It is limited to 1 channel or different configurations of 4 channels. Hopefully future versions of firmware will allow maybe just showing two split screen when you dont need 4 channels, but either way worked out great for us. Special shout out to Linda for her support and quick responses when was we were having issues setting up and providing information on hardware that may better fit our needs. We will be buying alot more of these!

Received this item with no delay and the set up is super easy. We did have one technical question and sent an email - it was answered quickly. We are a broadcast station and use this to get remote video back to the station where we then incorporate the video with the rest of our production. The video quality is great, and if the network is ok, then you never have issues. Would definitely purchase again.

I wanted to wait a bit before writing a review on this product. My decoder has been running just about a year now with absolutely no issues. The device is powerful, does everything it's supposed to do and it's so easy to use. I stream one of my exterior cameras on a monitor, was able to capture the stream, and add a text overlay. Great item!

I am using a 32CH NVR and I ordered it because I wanted to connect some cameras to the TV.Onvif cannot be used at all, and I use RTSP as a single view, there is no problem with all connections, but if I set to 4CH, only Channel 4 comes out, and Channels 1, 2, and 3 do not appear on the screen.There was not enough manuals or places to get technical support related to this, and it was a waste of time.

Support is great and product works well. The more camera's you have attached the lower your resolution. 4 cameras need to be ran at 1080P.Updated Oct 2024 - The decoder is constantly trying to ping, DNS, NTP, Etc and get data from the internet. I have over 8700 outgoing connections per hour! I've had to isolate it via a firewall policy. Decoders do not need internet access...

I have used much higher cost devices to stream video between locations over the internet with mixed results. These encoders and decoders are very impressive. You still have to get the networking side right but these boxes just work. The configuration is a little limited but they do everything you need, the picture quality is great and the latency isn't bad. I keep a pair of these in my case now.

I've purchased 6 of these so far over the last year and a half, each one has been easy to setup and I haven't had issues with any thus far. They've been used for streaming directly from a camera on site to streaming from one of URayCoder, Hikvision, or Speco video encoders. I didn't have much luck getting them to work with an older Axis brand encoder, which is fine since the cost of a new URayCoder encoder/decoder set is still less expensive than a single Axis device. They've also been far less taxing on my networks than the Axis equipment it replaced and they've been setup to run essentially 24/7 so that's great. One of the few devices I've been able to install in a commercial setting and not have to worry about it.

Product worked as advertised. Some features I'd like to see:1) POE instead of a separate power adapter2) on/off timer for display/output. Would like to set a schedule so display can go to "sleep" at certain times
