Easy to install. Not rocket science.

The media could not be loaded. Pros:-love the brushed gold finish-the swiveling spout makes cleaning the sink super easy-quick and straightforward install, even for an older home-kids love the pop-up drain-no issues with handles when turning water on/offCons:-not the water pressure I was expecting, but it gets the job done-The color is a bit darker than pictured. This worked out great for us, but if you’re looking for something bright gold, it’s something to considerConclusion:-It’s worth it! Great bang for your buck! We’re happy with our purchase.

This was a major upgrade to our half bathroom sink. Everything you need is included in the kit.

Sink started rusting within a couple of months of installation. The pop up drain gets clogged quickly. During the last cleanup the drain broke when removed. Some of the parts went down the drain and I had to spend a lot of time fishing out the parts. I have contacted customer service 3 times to about a drain replacement and they haven't responded to any of my attempts.

Bought this months back and just got to point of install. Fairly simple to install as I have experience with sink installations. The product is solid and looks beautiful. The main issues are they LEAK bad at all but one of the three quick connects (double vanity, 2 faucets.) No matter what I do, they just leak. Now I'm stuck with this as it cant be returned. Will try to buy new quick connects but I don't think it will work. Also, as others have stated, the handless come mislabeled. This took an hour out of my time because I had to take all apart and switch handles.UPDATE: 04/03/2020After emailing the company they recommended I purchase: Uxcell O-Rings Nitrile Rubber, 7mm Inner Diameter, 11mm OD, 2mm Width, Round Seal Gasket Pack of 10 off of Amazon to rectify the issue of leaks. I did, and this indeed fixed the problem. They offered to refund me the $5.00 for the gaskets as well. They answered all my emails within 24hrs, even on the weekend which I appreciated. Only reason I wont give 5 stars is due to the fact this problem took a lot of time and headache to fix and the handles were labeled incorrectly, which also took time to correct. Faucets look great, now I just hope they last!

Love the feel and finish of it! Very easy to install however I wish the hot and cold water lines from the handle to faucet was a bit longer. My lines tend to kink

I purchased this about 6 months ago for my own bathroom. I was weary as I’m usually a delta guy. Installation was as expected. It seems well built and doesn’t restrict flow at all. The drain has a strainer in the bottom which restricts draining, but it isn’t a big deal if you pull it out.

My plumber commented on how nice these were when he was putting them in. They basically look the same as others I priced at $400-$700 range and he said they're great heavy quality material. His only comment was that he missed a step hooking up underneath and had to redo something. Excellent quality for the money. Been installed for two weeks now and zero issues.

I can’t speak for how easy or not it was to install as our builders did that but it looks great. The plug cap is plastic which I didn’t know/like when I saw it but once installed it made no different and feels smooth and durable.Delivery was fast and the look is exactly what we were going for to have some mixed metals in the bathroom with matte black accents and polished chrome.
