......or the features. This is exactly what it should be and nothing more. A well-constructed, functional apron. I'm not a chef, but like to wear an apron when grilling to protect my clothes, and this fits the bill nicely. The neat, unisex styling gives you an apron that can be worn by guys or gals, and still looks sharp. Appears to be sturdy and well-made.

The apron looks as pictured and looks good. I think the chalk stripe aprons have a better look than the solid color ones. To me, they make the wearer look more professional or in-the-know in the kitchen for some reason. It is a comfortable apron with good length ties. There are 2 useful pockets in front. Chef Works brand items seem t be pretty good. I'd rather go with a brand I trust than a no-name brand or one I have never heard of before. It is just an apron, but how it feels on you matters a lot since you are wearing it pretty much most of the time in the kitchen when it's not on the hook on the wall. Comfort matters and this apron feels good and looks good to me. I recommend this apron to someone looking for a good apron made by a good brand. I think the blended material makes it feel better than some aprons that are 100% polyester. The cotton helps make the apron feel more comfortable I think. It is resistant enough I think with water.

I would like to say without equivocation that in my opinion this apron is one of the least expensive best purchases you will ever make! Listen and I think most will agree. On September 9, 2012, I purchased two of these aprons. It is now May 3, 2018. I have worn one apron or the while working around the house, eating, scrubbing the floors, etc. all this time. There is not one sign of any wear or any stain on either of these two aprons! One goes in the washer on high heat and high dry while I put on a fresh one. I believe that you will see these aprons in commercial kitchens in China, Paris, U.S. and all over the world. Yes, if you are a top chef and being paid big money, by all means buy a white linen apron. After a week, you can give it to the dishwashers and get a new one out of the stack of aprons. Excellent apron!! I cook only periodically, so I’m not going to put this apron through the paces that a frequent chef would do. However, for less than $15 and 2-day delivery, I was extremely satisfied with this apron! Needed it for Thanksgiving, and it not only saved my clothes from splatters, it looked darned good in the process! Highly recommend. Thick, sturdy fabric. Neck strap is not adjustable, but the waist ties are nice and long enough to wrap twice.

Received quickly packaged well with no wrinkles, thick enough to prevent seap thru but not stiff nor hard! I'm only 5'3" with thick middle, sz large, but very full coverage on top, middle and knee/leg area, with extra long tie straps, and full neck straps that are unadjustable i attached Velcro; it's past my knees, has pockets to keep hand wipe/rag available, or seasonings, etc. The black is a very rich deep blk with classy white stripes. I & others use at all my bar-b-que's or cookouts AND everyday cooking, no longer mess up or have to change clothes to hostess or entertain, just remove and put in soak wash (with vinegar, i use for everything) ASAP to remove any grease stains setting in. Must work still looks new after washing in machine with darks, and machine dry. I put on low setting and remove after 8 mins, @ hang back on hoop on pantry or laundry door! I also recently saw a cooking session on a popular show and was excited to see all of them in my apron! My daughter ordered her one and another for me, I raved so much. No regrets from this seller at all.

I love these aprons. They are very well-made, stylish and professional-looking. The extra-long ties are perfect for front-tying, even around my ample waist, a problem with many other brands I have tried. I keep buying them and then giving them away to friends who love them too, including my son. This was my third purchase of multiple aprons! They are also great to add to gift baskets of gourmet cooking utensils or food supplies which are fun gifts to put together for your aspiring (or experienced) gourmet friends and family. Or just for anyone who spends any time at all in the kitchen They also wear well and after many uses, mine remain stain-free and fresh-looking, and wrinkle-free! They do not have to stay in the kitchen either. I use one when gardening, and the large pockets are handy for holding small garden tools and supplies, and they are also ideal for craft work.

There is no adjustment mechanism/sliding D ring on the neck. Unless one is really tall and/or really, really big, it only covers about half of the upper area it should.Good quality material - hence the three stars.

I love my new apron. My old apron was a Port Authority one in hunter green, such a great color. I wore that one out, and I decided to look for an even longer apron with more coverage. I give this apron 4.5 stars because it more than fits the bill. I decided to give the last "star" a half and not a full 5 stars because the loop that goes around the neck has no way to make it shorter or longer. I think it is meant for men rather than women -- or it is meant for women who have a fuller chest than me. LOL I just knotted it at the top. I love the length, the coverage, and that it's made from sturdier material than my last apron. I forget what I paid, but it was worth every penny. I feel like a pro in the kitchen even though I am still learning and I can comfortable wear it to clean my kitchen after as well.
