Does not mix into breastmilk and formula as advertised. It settles like sand in the bottle and nipple and my daughter just cries. Unless your little one is old enough to handle a y-cut fast flow nipple this won’t work in liquids.

My 6 month old has had no adverse reactions to the taste nor any allergic reactions to the ingredients. I mix one packet daily into one of his baby food before I feed him. My pediatrician said based on the new studies that promote early introduction to these types of foods to babies, it was perfectly fine to use.
