Can't beat this for the price
This thing is awesome! Exactly what I needed. The one drawer to keep a few basic house tools on hand and a few small power tools on the shelves below. I had one of those Tackle Box Style tool boxes and what a pain in the ass trying to dig through everything all the time to find something you need. I definitely prefer the drawer. Went together easy and feels very sturdy. Nice-looking Kart also. Love the handle and the tray on the other end. Great deal can't beat it!

Good Looking and Good Build Quality for the Price
I have used this utility cart and also HD's $50 Husky two shelf tool cart. Comparing to Husky's two shelf tool cart, Excel TC301C is much usable because of an additional lockable drawer that keeps my 23-month old toddler from getting knives or dangerous tools. With three shelves, I can also place tools that I don't use often at the bottom shelf, some larger tools/objects in the middle shelf and small tools locked in the drawer. I particularly like the black rubber mat on the top. It allows me to place a computer case on top for me to build my computer without scratching the surface finish of the computer case. It's not a perfect cart and does have few minor issues. For example, the side tray for screwdrivers can't be installed easily when the black robber mat is installed. The other weakness is the lack of ball bearings on the rails of the drawer. But I think that won't be a big issue if you are just storing some light duty tools in it. If you want something much heavy duty, you'd need to spend more than twice the price.Overall, I am quite satisfied with the product. The build quality is good to great though not perfect. The paint finish and the tone of the red paint is also good looking. I'd buy it again, and at this price, there isn't anything else that provides all features of the cart.

Missing pieces
Like most of the other reviews state, the parts arrived with some scratches/dents, but I had all of the major pieces. As I started putting the cart together, I noticed they only sent me half of the amount of flat washers and split washers I was supposed to have. This prompted a trip to Home Depot, where they were out of the size I needed, then another trip to ACE to get the correct sizes. Extremely inconvenient and irritating. Now that it's put together, I will be using it for a sound cart, so I'm not too concerned about wear and tear or how much it can hold. May modify the casters after a few days of pushing it around and seeing how it handles.

Poor Assembly Design
Assembling this cart was a total nightmare. Several of the bolts and screws near the top where the drawer is supposed to be secured to the frame could not fit into their designated holes/threads because the holes were not centered correctly. I had to pull incredibly hard on the frame at certain areas and file the holes just to make the fasteners fit well enough that they wouldn't stick out. The screws were incredibly easy to strip, in spite of the fact that I was using very little torque and trying my damnedest to not force them into the threads. I really feel like I should have just bitten the bullet and gone to Harbor Freight to get a cheap cart instead.

Great cart, Great price!
Its a great cart. Easy to put together. Seperating all the nut, bolts and washers makes it more explainable when piecing together. Love this cart, great color red. Using it in garage as miter saw table. Easy to roll out and use saw.

Pizza Oven Cart!
Works for us as a pizza oven cart. Oven gets up to 932•F and we've had no issues yet with paint failure from oven heat. Top drawer holds our digital thermometer, oven gloves, spatula, iron fry pan, keys, and other cooking tools. Bottom shelves hold our wood pellets, pizza peels, and whatever else. Side tray catches dropped wood pellets and holds the spatula in use and pellet scoop. Love the casters so we can roll the oven to the front or back patios.Tips: We assembled the cart on its long side and used a framing square to manipulate the side bars to keep the drawer square for smoother operation. We also mounted the handle bar lower to keep it out of the way of the oven door. We put the rotating casters on the opposite side indicated too (like a grocery cart). If we don't like it we can always put them on the recommended side. We put the top rubber mat out for use in the garage but if you need it it works and fits well on the top tray.In the pictures you can see how it looks after cooking five pizzas last night. No burn marks even though hot things drop on it constantly while cooking.

Nice
Not a super solid cart but it does the trick for toting around tools and as a mobile spot to work on stuff. It went together fairly easily and rolls nicely. There isn't a ton of room to get stuff into the shelves, but it does work and I think is a good value for the money. If you are expecting this to be Snap-on quality you will be disappointed, but for the money it is a great deal.
