Well researched solutions
First of all, congratulations to Bertrand for having had the courage to write this book and to let others benefit from it. A Big Thank You to him. This book has become my bedside book. I regularly re-read a paragraph because it’s important if one wants to fully benefit from it and not forget anything. I can attest to the fact that everything he writes about « polyposis » is true but I didn't know everything, and this book has given me valuable advice and reassured me about my ideas. The sulfite problem that I’m referring to is very important, I know. If you are committed to living by Bertrand’s advice, YOU SHOULD PERSEVERE and not give up when it’s going well because every time you start again, you begin at zero. You need time to get better but relapsing can happen quickly and Bertrand is adamant about this.Champagne and wine whenever you want it and great food over the weekend is enough to ruin everything.I should have read this book before.. but at least now I know.

SO worth the download!
I'm one of those people who has suffered with nasal polyps and chronic sinusitis for 10 years, and who has tried every medical and natural remedy as well as dietary changes in all kinds of combinations. I had surgery 5 years ago and while that vastly improved my overall wellbeing (my ENT told me I had the worst case of polyps he had seen in his 30 year career and that I needed to be in textbooks...), I still fight acute attacks, at its worst in late fall through mid spring, 6-7 months out of each year! As someone who has spent countless hours reading through forums and trying every suggested remedy, this book didn't exactly have NEW information for me. What it did have was a strong holistic point of view that emphasized some of the most important parts about maintaining a sinus health routine. As folks with nasal polyps, we have a chronic condition whose roots are in underlying inflammation and immune system challenges, and there are specific contributions to those things. Although some folks may experience rapid reduction in their symptoms at the discovery of a remedy or two, for most of us there is simply no easy cure, and this book doesn't promise one. Instead it highlights important steps we can take to soothe inflammation, support our immune systems and the delicate and natural rhythms of our sinus tissues, and deal with acute attacks. I think I most appreciated the reassuring attitude in this book around the fact that attacks will come and go and we have some power in relation to how bad they may get. This, to me, is much more workable than the relentless search for the one and only cure, and the barrage of books, products, and websites that appeal to that emotional desperation that we may carry. Worth the 5 bucks I spent on the download for that aspects alone. As for the remedies it emphasizes, I appreciated the information about different sinus rinse recipes (isotonic vs hypertonic, when to use each), sulfite allergy (yup, I know I've got this!), dietary changes (I've had mixed results with this in the past for sinus-specific issues, but am experimenting again with advice from this book), digestive support (probiotics are everything, and some are being researched for their specific role in sinus health, e.g. L. Sakei), as well as incorporating medical prescriptions into a routine, such as finding minimal doses for maintenance, timing and technique of nasal spray usage, etc.Overall, for 5 bucks, it's a great set of information written with a great attitude and provides some of the strongest set of steps needed for a foundation for supporting the delicate sinus health of nasal polyps sufferers. I'm really glad to have downloaded it.

Good stuff!
Lots of common sense here. Wish I knew earlier about the many points covered in this book. Worth the price of admission!

This book was very informative. I learned things that were never discussed from my doctors. I would recommend this book to anyone suffering from nasal polyps.

If you often have sinus infections or sinus headache, chances you have nasal polyps and this is not an easy thing to deal with. This book not only explains the problem and the underlying challenges but also gives real keys to enhance your life despite this chronic disease.I myself have been struggling for the last 6 years and I have seen significant improvements as a result of following the advices set forth by the author.

Good read but missed the elephant in the room!
As a recently diagnosed Samters Triad patient I have been actively researching ways to improve my health. I found some new insights in this book such as nasal cleaning techniques and potential sulphite reactions. However what left me underwhelmed was the absence of any content on aspirin sensitivity. The research is well established as well as the treatment. My recommendation is to add this as a chapter in your otherwise interesting book.

Well written. I've suffered from this condition for years and like the author had polyps removed and really don't want to repeat the process. What he says makes a lot of sense. I'm encouraged ordering a few of the things that the author recommends (cheaper than surgery) since trying just 2 of the simple things he suggested helped.
