Kefir Grain problem!
It took 3 days to ship the product and kefir grain! When I got the box, it was so hot, I dont know the kefir grain condition is still good or not??! But I put them into my old kefir.... Not sure it is still alive.

Home made soy kefir
I have been making soy kefir for a while using different type of starters.This device is the best thing I ever purchased. It is very convenient, each time I need to make a new batch, I stir the set with the kefir grains inside using the red stick , the grains remain in the mesh, no need to sift. The soy kefir I am making is of much better taste and consistency as ever.
