Great book for all, especially for seniors
My husband and I, both of us in our 70’s, found this book to be remarkably as we work up get more fit. We liked the simplicity of the exercises, all of which can be done at home while doing other things, like watching TV, standing or walking around the house. Here’s to healthier and safer aging with this little book as our companion and champion. Highly recommend for all, even of just as a reminder of exercises that help us age as best as possible.

She is still pretty active for her age
I bought this book for my 90 year old grandmother. She is still pretty active for her age, even shoveling snow! My grandmother has already taken a falls prevention class, so she said this book was a perfect addition to that. The exercises and insight the author provides really help to remind her on a daily basis to stand up straight, work on her posture, and add strengthening exercises to her daily routine in order to prevent a fall.

As I get older, and already having one hip ...
As I get older, and already having one hip replaced, and arthritis in my ankle, I find that my posture and balance are not what they need to be. This book, and the exercises illustrated have been a big help. I also travel a lot, and after a long plane ride, I can do these exercises in my hotel room to get the knots out of my body.

Great information on staying fit and strong for those 55 and older. Required reading for all over 55. It is easy to read...not technical. And the exercises recommended for good posture are simple and effective. This is a great gift for the seniors in our lives.

Good Information
There is a lot of good information in this book, but it is more like a textbook or reference for a trainer. It discusses the hows and whys of different exercises that help develop balance and improve your strength and flexibility. There are a lot of exercises, plenty of photos, and hints. What I couldn't find was a plan to get started with easier routines. It looks pretty intense and you would need to devote quite a bit of time daily.

Usles
This usles book was complete waist of money. It wasn't any useful information in it. I dumped it in the garbich after 10 minutes of reading it.
