Your sight is at fault, USA was not made clear!! I purchaded an electrical good, which was not sutible for Europe. Beachcamera would quite understanding, to return the goods to the U S A would have been complicatedand rather expensive. Please clarify that Goods from USA are on European Amazon sights.

It's too big, and too boomy sounding for a small apartment. There is no way to equalize the sound, plus it's wildly expensive for what it does.

Simply put, this device satisfied my needs. I was looking for a bluetooth device that had quality sound and didn't require a lot of space. So far I have no complaints. Setup was fairly simple. The Shape provides a clear, crisp sound. The only knock against this product is that the required app freezes up at times. I have read reviews saying that they lose connectivity with the device. I have experienced this on a couple of occasions but I was able to quickly reconnect. Overall I would recommend this product.

Looses wifi connection with the phone and the internet all the time even though it is in front of it. Wifi sound is good - bluetooth not so much. , Phone and chat supports are useless, they follow simple scripts that do not help. Very disappointing..

This is just awful. It takes about 10 tries to sync and then only works about 10%of the time. The sound is only OK and I would direct others to a Sonos. Also the burn on my iPhone 5in streaming music is comically bad. I received this as a free gift with the purchase of a samsung TV. It pairs better with that, but the sound is not worth the hassle. It is not user friendly at all and I have a pretty high degree of technical skill at setting thigs up. In short, avoid. Sorry Damsung. This is just no good.
