Samsung replacement remote control
PLEASE READ WHOLE REVIEWI received one in packaging that had already been opened, and shoddyly taped back together. AKA was sent a used and returned product.BUT it is NOT defective in anyway. Actually perfect condition. Super easy to use. Great instructions.Literally worked on my 2011 samsung smart tv as soon as I put batteries in it. No need to scan channels or program it. Just worked straight from the package. It's the perfect size with easily readable buttons.I was shocked and surprised!!!

Cost-effective alternative to the manufacturer's remote
I purchased the One For All Samsung TV Remote for a 2017 TV. It's perfect for anyone in need of a cost-effective alternative to the manufacturer's remote.Setting it up was a breeze - just insert the batteries, point it at the TV, and you're good to go. No complicated setup process, no need to sync with the TV; it just worked seamlessly. All the functions I had with the original Samsung remote were available on this one. The best part was the cost savings. Samsung was asking for a whopping $50 for a replacement of their original remote, while the One For All remote comes in at less than half that price. It's a highly recommended solution for anyone looking to replace their original Samsung TV remote.

Worked immediately out of the box!
I have a nine year old Samsung HD 3D tv and I haven’t been able to watch it for over a year after the dog ate the remote. Wish I would’ve bought this sooner! My son was trying to convince me that my nine year old tv is old technology and to just buy new. So great. All the buttons and features work!

Samsung Universal Much Needed Remote Arrived Quickly!
I recently bought a pre-owned 50 inch TV for a spare bedroom. However, the TV did not come with the original remote. Amazon seller came to my rescue! I was able to get a universal remote in no time. Thanks to the Amazon seller, the reasonable pricing and perfect delivery, I’m already in a kickback mode watching my favorite shows.

Much better remote for my QN43Q60.
All new Samsung TV's included "smart" remote have these Netflix, Disney Plus, and other streaming buttons that are WAAAY too easy to press. It also lacks a "Source" button, so it takes 7 clicks just to change from my PC to my PS5.This remote may have more buttons, but it's significantly simpler to do basic things. Change inputs? ONE button press. Never hit a "smart" function and send the TV into a tailspin? Never happens anymore. Mute the thing? Hey, there's a button for that, too. Lost the remote? It's easier to find than that stupid tiny stick. Who cares if it doesn't have a microphone IN the remote, because it really doesn't need one.

Works great
Needed another replacement for my 10yr old Samsung TV. Searched for original replacement remotes and they cost anywhere from $50 to $150. This remote controlled everything right out of the box. Doesn’t have the track pad like the last one did but it doesn’t matter.. the arrow keys handle what the track pad used to do.

Yes it really does work without any fuss. But it's far from an ideal remote
I purchased this universal remote to replace the original remote for my 7100 Series 55" Samsung, circa 2015, in the UN55JUxxx line.First the good.1. Yes it works right out of the package. No programming. No learning. No codes to enter. Awesome!2. It has more buttons and options for SmartHub streaming than the small, practically useless remote this particular TV came with. In particular, it offers such functionality as the colored A-D buttons, rewind, fast-forward, stop, play, etc. None of this is on the abysmal, original TV remote.3. It is a larger size than most, making the buttons easier to push. It's lightweight and easy to hold, unlike the small, awkward, slippery original remote with this TV.Now the bad.1. It is not backlit. And it's black. The only glow-in-the-dark buttons are Vol and Channel, which I never use. Some buttons - but not all - have white lettering on them which helps a little bit, but not much.2. The buttons I use the most are the arrows up, down, left and right arranged in a circle around the "OK" button in the middle. These buttons are the only buttons which, inexplicably, do not have white lettering on them. The arrows are black on black buttons and completely impossible to see/find in anything other than bright daylight. And they are raised only slightly, making them equally impossible to feel.3. The buttons I use most are in the lower half of the remote. It is SO lightweight, it does not balance well in the hand and you actually have to use a second hand to hold it up while you access those bottom buttons. Otherwise it topples right out of your hand. All in all I'm glad to have spent only $30 on this rather than $90 on Samsung's actual replacement remote (which is an absurd price for that tiny useless piece of crap remote.) On the other hand, it feels like a cheap freebie remote which comes with your cable box and does not set well in the hand. And worst of all, it is all but impossible to use in a darkened environment. Even now that I know where the buttons are, you can't feel them and certainly can't see them in a dim room. Even the most inexpensive $10 remotes have backlighting. However, I will add that this remote is better than Samsung's universal remote (Samsung AA59-00785A), which is much smaller, with tiny buttons crammed so closely together it's nearly impossible to use. That one is backlit, but it's very dim, which helps only a little bit. I will keep shopping for something better.
