My ratings downgrade to 4 stars is not for the frame...it is for the order processing. The frame is just what I wanted...perfect the for project I have. The only problem came when the initially ordered frame arrived and the matting was for a single 8x10, rather than for 5 4x6's. The box appeared to have been previously opened. The printing on the outside of the box indicated it was the correct frame -- that is, for 4x6 art. But the contents was not what was printed on the outside of the box. Fortunately Amazon Prime was, as usual, quick to respond, take care of everything necessary to process the return and get the correct frame to me. The frame is attractive, well-designed and well-made...even included a little level and nifty mounting hook.

Love how this picture frame looks but there isn’t actual 4x6 slots for the pictures to sit in so when I stand the frame up, the pictures slide down in the frame. Super disappointed since it was on the more expensive side. I will just be taping my pictures to a piece of paper so that they stay in place.

Very disappointed in the small details on this frame. All of the metal pieces on back were rusted, some so much so that I could not move them. I purchased five frames to give as gifts to family with pictures from my recent wedding. I had to scrub all the metal pieces with vinegar to clear up some of the rust, which took around an hour. One I did that, I felt better about giving these as gifts. The frames do look lovely from the front, but the backs of all five were just not good.

This triple photo frame was used to show three generations of sisters as a Christmas gift. The end result was excellent. In that the gifts were to be mailed, we particularly appreciated the excellent packaging to prevent breakage.

I ordered one of these for some prints my daughter sent me of her artwork. The packaging was literally perfect. It also came very fast and looks great on the wall. So ... I ordered another one!

Great value for the money! Includes a good quality pre-cut mat, and can be used as tabletop frame with its easel back, or hung on the wall in either landscape or portrait position with it's attached hanging brackets. Very nice!

Beautiful frame. Worked out great to capture memories of a trip to Harpers Ferry. The frame actually fell off the wall and onto a tile floor and remained completely intact, it was crazy. Can’t beat it for the price either.

Tried to order this twice and had to return both times because the metal brackets were rusted and the back of The frames moldy. Won’t be trying a 3rd time.

I was worried the black frame may look a bit cheap and plasticky but not at all. Looks like real wood, very well made and arrived well wrapped up to avoid damage. Some of the photo slots are slightly smaller than 6" by 4" so I did have to cut mum off the end of one photo (sorry mum) but apart from that I'm very happy.

Delighted with this photo frame. Feels like quality.
