Works as described, BUT…
I am six weeks postpartum and still experience considerable leakage; so I have been on the hunt to find something other than reusable Cotten nursing pads which would soak through to my bra and need to be changed frequently throughout the day and night. I stumbled upon LilyPadz, and the concept seemed genius; so I immediately placed an order via Prime delivery. My set arrived a day early yesterday (thank you, Amazon!), and from the moment I put them on, they did a phenomenal job of preventing leaks and allowed me the luxury of frolicking about the house in not only a dry top but also bra free ✅🤯🙌🏻💃🏻💃🏻🎉HOWEVER, my baby slept longer than her usual two-hour stretch tonight, and because the LilyPadz are incredibly efficient at preventing leaks, this sleep-deprived mom awoke at the three-hour mark with chichis harder than rocks that had ballooned to a size Mariah Carey, Pamela Anderson, and Dolly Parton would find enviable 😅😫 Because I was shockingly and painfully engorged (something I’d not experienced before; I guess the leaks were helpful in keeping me comfortable in that regard!), I then was forced to do the unthinkable…wake my sleeping baby to nurse 🙈😂😭This product works exactly as described, but in my case, a little too well for comfort. I plan to save them and retry in a few months once my milk production hopefully regulates. Wish me luck!

Works great.... If you can find them when you take them off.
Dear LilyPadz..... Please, please add some color. I have used these with 2 children now, and love their function compared to the many brands of breastfeeding pads that refuse to stay in place. However, it is almost maddening how easy they are to loose:( I spend almost as much time searching for the Lily Padz (sometimes for days) as using them. While they can work great (even on my engorged nipples this time), the worry of misplacing each transparent Lily Pad at $10 a pop is the last thing a new mom needs. Please find a way to put some color and pattern on the exterior side to make them easy to locate once laid down. Dear Fellow Moms, whatever you do, do not dry your Lily Padz with a towel, even if it feels like an emergency. I was having significant milk collecting inside. The milk gets odor, especially if you are sleeping with the Lily Padz. I tried drying them on a clean hand towel that had been washed many times and was relatively lint free. After doing that just a couple of times, 2 sets of LilyPadz completely lost their grip. Wash with water only, shake and air dry. I have not tried the new Lily Padz wipes (another undesirable expense) but used Lily Padz for a full year with our first child without spending on the wipes. I am unsure if they have altered the naturally adhesive side so that their wipes/ wash product have become more of a necessity.

MUST HAVE nursing purchase! V
This is a MUST HAVE for any nursing mama and my go-to gift for new breastfeeding mommies :)I've used these for all 4 of my breastfeeding journeys and I'm SO GLAD that I stumbled upon them when I was breastfeeding my first son. The disposable pads that are basically diapers for your nipples were VERY itchy and uncomfortable for me, plus having to remember to bring extra ones and having to unstick them to nurse or pump, then having to use another set just because the adhesive won't stick anymore: FRUSTRATING!!!The reusable cloth ones, though much better for the environment, would never stay in place because they didn't have adhesive, and they were SO obvious under my shirts it looked like I was making a "bullseye boobie" fashion statement, lol: NOT APPEALING!!!THESE are PERFECT! And the newer ones are a little thinner, adhere better, are more comfortable, and COMPLETELY unnoticeable! YES LilyPadz!!!The only advice I'd give to a newbie is to ensure to nurse/pump or otherwise remove them at least once every 8 hours to allow the nipples and areolas to BREATHE, lol, and prevent leaking. Please note: these DO NOT ABSORB MILK , they depress the nipples in a bit to keep them from leaking in the first place! An innovative concept, I think, but all the more important to take them off regularly. You can swim in them, sweat in them, and even "do the do" in them without worrying about springing a leak, lol! If you're breastfeeding you MUST get a pair! Or TWO!!! :D Happy breastfeeding lovely ladies! :)

Good but needs to be replaced often
Great, but doesn't last long. I have to replace it after at most one month

Amazing - What a Relief!
I couldn't stand wearing a bra to bed. But if I didn't, chances were I'd wake up with a wet shirt. I experience a fair amount of leakage, perhaps not as much as some considering I've never literally soaked through a cotton breast pad before, but enough to be taken seriously. These cups are amazing. I only used them at night, since during the day I was fine to wear pads under my bra, and I never had a problem. I'd have to be careful while nursing in the middle of the night, and hold a burp clothe under my breast as I peeled off the pad because I'd often find a cap full of milk inside - perfectly preserved and not leaking. I never got an infections or anything either. Having these were a great relief. I ended up buying 3 sets so two could be used or drying with one always ready to go at night. And they last - I used them consistently for about 4 months and then packed them away for possible kid #2. It was too bad I didn't actually get them until 3 mos in. If you're like me and can't stand wearing a bra of any sort at night, buy at least one of these and see if they work for you. You'll be glad you did.
