I used this book to teach etiquette to a group of ninth graders. It was so easy to understand and use! The skills taught are so important and yet largely forgotten by parents and youth today. I highly recommend.

Everyone should read this book because it teaches kids and adults about manners and etiquettes. These skills are important to know to build character traits.

Great for teaching students!

We purchased this book for Classical Conversations Spring Protocol. It is thorough and very interesting. I especially liked how the author explained WHY protocol matters. It is informative and encouraging. I even learned a few things! This is an excellent resource that we will share with all of our children.

Society would greatly benefit from reading this book. This is not a stuffy, do it properly or be shunned book. More of a revisiting of the lost art of politeness and genuine manners that would put the entire group at ease. Rather than look around the table or dance, play, orchestra, family reunion.....to see how others are "doing it" or behaving, this book will help you be confident in your approach and about setting the tone in a given situation.

When I purchased this book the seller said there was some wear on the cover. There was no wear that I could see. The book was in fabulous condition and it appeared new. I would definitely purchase from this seller again. In addition, the book teaches basic protocol that any home or family can apply. Manners are becoming lost in today's culture...we need to get them back.

Pretty good content but some of it feels kind of outdated.

Very good book. Learning lots of things that I'm able to teach to our youth group.
