These tricks will be a great aid in the cooperate seminars my husband teaches. He's always looking for ways to include the attendees and this will be very effective (along with the 'magic rope' we also purchased! :)

Really helped at party's.

It put us to sleep literally. not very engaging

I did not see the DVD but my grandson viewed it and has already performed some tricks.

This DVD is wonderful! My 10-year-old grandson spent time watching the DVD, and then entertained us all with many of the tricks. We thought the "Professor's Nightmare" was the best of all--none of us could figure out how he was doing it. (See the photos--those are the same 3 pieces of rope!) But we were also completely fooled by the "Penetrating Rope" and the "Choker". Today he showed us the "Super Loopy"--once again we don't understand how he does it. Finally he let us look at the DVD with him. The explanations are very clear, but I liked the fact that you could look at the trick and not the explanations if you didn't want to have the effect spoiled for you. The DVD is easily understood by a child, but the tricks are appropriate for magicians of any age.

I bought this a while back, but I wanted to wait before writing a review. I bought the video for my 10-year old son who loves magic. I don;t like getting magic-in-a-box sets. I like it better when kids learn to do their tricks. I haven;t watched the video because I want him to keep his "secrets". But he did a great trick in which he held a rope around his back and then pulling with each hand on the side of his body made the rope go through his body and come to his stomach. Hard to explain, but great trick.He loves it. Thank you.

very informative and age appropriate

This is a great DVD. Easy to follow and very detailed. I dabble in magic every now and then. I mostly work on card tricks.. This is the first time I tried rope tricks. I highly recommend this DVD
