Anybody know how much Magnesium is in it?

Hi Robert,We've exchanged messages already, but we thought we'd answer this question here so the public could see the answer as well. There is magnesium in the form of magnesium caprylate (named Caprylic acid in the nutrition facts). Magnesium caprylate has a molecular formula of Mg(C8H15O2)2. Based on this, if one does the math, magnesium is 7.8% of the weight. Given that each serving of 2 capsules has 400 mg of magnesium caprylate, there is 0.078 x 400 mg = 31 mg of elemental magnesium per serving of 2 capsules. Thanks for contacting us,Andy LeeCo-FounderZenesis Labs
