My body can't tolerate folic acid in any form. When inadvertently ingested, I spend several hours curled in a ball with severe abdominal pain. It is almost impossible to find a high quality B-vitamin that does NOT contain Folic Acid! No sooner do I find a quality B vitamin that does NOT contain Folic Acid than it disappears from the store.This Freeda B Complex vitamin is very high quality and fit the bill for me perfectly however, like all of the previous quality vitamins I have found that do NOT contain Folic Acid, now I can no longer find this one... No one has it! Could this possibly mean that there is much more demand for suppliments that co NOT contain Folic Acid???Please get this vitamin back in stock ASAP.

My father was purchasing Freeda vitamins mail order decades ago, and I was pleased to rediscover them, and to learn they offer a folate-free B Complex. Reasonably priced, easy to swallow.

I’ve been taking these supplements for 3.5 months (along with a prenatal that was lacking in B vitamins, hence the choice for a B complex with no folate) and wow! I honestly didn’t expect to notice any physical benefits but my thin flimsy nails are stronger than they have ever been in my life. My hair is also stronger and getting longer much easier than it has before. This is truly the first time I am ever saying this about any product! I am truly surprised by how well these work. Also this product is so affordable! If you’re thinking about buying it, just do it.

Good well balanced B complex without added colors and fillers.

I needed a B vitamin complex that didn't contain folic acid, because of the interaction of folic acid and some of my medications. This fit the need. Have no real way of evaluating how well the vitamin does its job--or the quality of its ingredients. Who expects a yummy flavor from an adult vitamin supplement?

My internist suggested that I take a B-complex vitamin with no folic. She actually gave me the name of another brand but I didn't like the fact that I had to take more than one a day and they were quite expensive. I found these and showed them to my doctor who totally approved of them. She was impressed that I had found such a good substitute and for a great price as well. The biggest change I have noticed since taking these is that my leg cramps are gone! I was not expecting it to help that particular problem but it did and I'm thrilled. Other than that, I feel they are giving me the extra B vitamins I need to keep me energized throughout the day. I would highly recommend this product.

I love this product because it does not contain Folic Acid and PABA. I have better energy when I take these. They do not make me feel jittery like most b-complex formulas. This is the best b-complex formula that I have ever tried...and I have tried probably over 10 brands.Thank you for making such a great product!!!

I purchased Freeda vitamins because there is no paba or folic in them. They arrived quickly, but unfortunately the safety seal was not attached. I wrote to Kosher Vitamins and with no questions asked, they sent me a new bottle asap. I am a new and now loyal customer because of their customer service, which seems so rare these days. Another positive thing about Freeda vitamins is there size, unlike most b-complex vitamins these are small and easy to swallow.
