It's a good product, I recommend it.
I bought for my uncle, he was happy to heard all around clearly and participate in a normal conversation.

Do not buy- poor customer service
There is no customer service ! Have tried to reach out regarding several problems and never heard back . Problems with charging right from the start , after a very short time I am now looking for another brand , glad I did not spend more money for this product !

Too much money for nothing.Don't wase your money!
These hearing enhancers suck. They are a waste of money. This was the second pair and they are cheap and don't hear, and the charge doesn't work properly. A waste of my money. And the seller doesn't accept returns or refunds. they know they don't work.

no customer service
Unit stopped working after one month. Mfg said they would replace unit. Never did. There are cheaper better units i.e TKING $89.99 which is better design and much easier to recharge. The Yorksound charger is difficult to use.
