Ok, listen up everybody! If you are looking for a really decent, efficient, simple to use, reliable and smart security camera that’s great value for money, MADE IN BRITAIN, WITH A 14 MONTH WARRANTY and FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE, this is it!I’d previously purchased some of the Chinese products but despite their claims of ease in setting up, picture quality etc, I was not 100% satisfied. (You need to filter the reviews and read the critical ones, which is what made me decide against the Chinese versions.) I spent A LOT OF TIME researching many WIFI enabled security cameras but they all seemed to have the same flaws.And none came with a warranty.I came across TIME2 OLIVIA - I bought OLIVIA 2 (pack of two cameras), and after reading the reviews was satisfied that this was THE ONE!Once I’d placed the order, I was sent a lovely reassuring email that included instructions for a quick set up and the use of a reliable customer service.This company KNOWS what ‘Good Customer Service’ means and this is important!Free two day delivery was a bonus!The cameras arrived in well packaged boxes with instructions, USB cable and 3 pin plug, a disc type clip that clips on the bottom so that you can fix it to the ceiling etc. (I’ve just placed mine on the mantle in the living room and using the app on my iPhone, i can move the camera to tilt up and down and rotate 360 degrees so I can see all around). Amazing picture quality!There is also a sticker to stick on your window warning people that your property has TIME2 Security, and a warranty card for you to register your camera for 14 months.The cameras are slim and elegant compared to the rest on the market. Setting up was a breeze (really am not a techy person), and I was instantly amazed at the quality of the picture, sound and ease of operation.Wasn’t sure how to initiate the formatting of the sd card so I contacted Customer Service. Hannah promptly replied, giving step by step instructions, which I followed (so easy), and HEP PRESTO! It was up and running and on ‘constant recording’.You don’t need to use a sd card, as you can just manually record as and when and the video will be saved in your photos app.Once the sd card is full it just erases the beginning and rewrites.I bought the cameras to keep an eye on my elderly parents when I’m out of the house, and this is a godsend! I chat to them throughout the day, and am able to discreetly check in on them going about their day.I still haven’t made use of all the features as I’ve been too busy, but I will experiment later.For now, I can wholeheartedly say that this is THE BEST budget camera that has all the necessary features without the big price tag.Hannah and the rest of the Customer Service team are really AMAZING! And I’m a very discerning customer!Buy this camera! You won’t regret it!

I bought these after my husband had open heart surgery. He likes to come to bed about 3 hours after me, and I used to wake up and worry, especially if it was 4 or 5 hours after I had gone to bed and he had not yet come to bed. I also travel for work, and with him just having had the operation I was unhappy about leaving him overnight.THESE ARE MARVELLOUS. If I wake up in the night, I can log on and see that he is fine. It is very quick to log on. Mostly I have the on 'private mode', where I cannot see him, so he doesn't feel watched all the time. But I can make it 'unprivate' for a couple of moments, see he is ok, and feel reassured. They are discreet, and not intrusive.I have them off 98% of the time. I have 3 in 3 rooms (lounge, bedroom and kitchen). He knows they are there, and accepts that they make me feel safer. I love them. I feel very reassured to have them - and even when I am away travelling, I can check that he is up and about (or check that he has gone to bed). It provides a level of reassurance that is very helpful.Also, I have never used it, but if necessary I know I can use them to talk to him, and to hear his reply...so if he has fallen over I could let him know what was happening and what help I was getting for him.They were pretty easy to set up, and are VERY easy to use on a day to day basis. I thoroughly recommend them.

Decided to buy some home security cameras after some suspicious activity in the neighbourhood.Received all 3 cameras but unfortunately one came with a damaged plug. Spoke to the seller and they immediately sent us a replacement. Great customer service.Installing the cameras should be pretty simple. Plug in, download the app and follow the instructions. Unfortunately, there is an issue with the notifications if you have an Android phone. A little frustrating as I though I was doing something wrong. I spoke to customer service and the response was very quick. They sent me a link with an update for the app. After the update, everything works fine.Camera quality is decent. Unfortunately night vision isn't great if you are aiming the camera outside as all you can see is the reflection in the window.I like that you can control the camera with your phone by changing the direction (left/right, up/down). There is a bit of a delay when you tap the controls on your app before the camera actually moves, so be patient. There is also a microphone and speaker. You also receive notifications to your phone if there is any activity.Overall, great camera for the price. Not best used for aiming it outside through a window. If you're after a camera that can see outside, best to buy an outdoor one. Happy with the product and happy with the customer service.

This camera has been very good purchase and used every day for monitoring our dog. Sadly the camera failed after nearly two years.It appears the writing connected to the micro usb connector has failed/soldering come off. So very intermittent power and switches off. I do not have the tools to replace the faulty connector and having to purchase another camera. The email from customer support was not very helpful just told me to make sure usb cable wa plugged in and I was out of warranty. So they ignored the information and steps I told them I already took. So this product loses a star for a failure of wiring from the the mufti usb port and a sloppy customer service response.The design is nice and operates quietly. The options for adjusting motor & sound sensitivity is very useful. The option to turn off the indicator light is also a good feature.The clan software used to manage and setup the device is easy to use. The only area that would be good to improve is the Notification Centre. When clicking on a notification of an alert (sound/motion) it takes you to that point on the recording instead of just straight to the live feed. As scrolling through the playback is a bit tedious.
