plastic on this switch design tends to break but it is incredibly cheap to fix yourself if your knowledgeableMy first one broke and now im on the second one but you cant beat the price on this compared to honda oem and their design is the exactly the same .... The electronics hardly ever fail on this switch..... it is always the plastic keys that break from heat and abuse ....

Had it installed by a mechanic, saw YouTube video but didn't work for me. The switch so far has worked well for me.

I installed this in Summer 2021 (on my Mom's car). Initially it worked fine. I suspected a bad switch as both rear windows would not work. I took apart (and broke) OEM Honda switch, and replaced with this (and pitched OEM one, wish I had not). Turns out rear regulator motors were both SHOT (took apart) and it was not switch at all (ugh)! After a about 6 months, I was doing something else (belts) and noticed the lockout switch cover came of too easily. I recentered it better ion door cover hole and pressed it on. My mother does not tell me when there are issues (she finds a work around too), so when I did brakes last summer I could LOWER rear windows with this switch but not raise them. Was horrified. If I reached back and used rear door window switches, I could raise them (the rear window regulators are new Brock regulators). On a wedding trip 200+ miles away (I was not at) front door window was stuck down. Local shop (Vip in VT) got it up (huge thanks to them). After she returned I replaced both front regulators (again used Brock they seemed good, there was many generics). Rear windows (operated from driver door) would still only go down but she says she rarely uses them and was fine reaching to switch on rear doors and put them up. Fast forward to last night (November 24, 2022) and driver's window was lowered to back out of a family members driveway and would not go up. She says "this happened once before in the cold. it will work I bet when car warms up". Beyond not cool... it was a 25 miles drive home and it was 35 degrees Faren height last night (cold). She did get the window up, so I'm not sure if it is a wonky new regulator, or this switch. but with KOWN issues on rear Windows now (only up) I am 99% convinced it is the switch.

Perfect Fit. Very easy to install. Worked as expected. Took about 10 minutes to install.

This has some good and bad about it. It was a match like it said here, it was easy to install, it looks the same...but the buttons are VERY sticky and one button stays in the up/down position when you push it. I have to force it back to the off position. For this reason, I do not recommend this item.
