Change by Design, Revised and Updated: How Design Thinking Transforms Organizations and Inspires Innovation Hardcover – Illustrated, March 5, 2019

If you're interested in "Design Thinking", Brown's book is the best on the market. Having read thrity or so, there are others that are deeper and (perhaps) more sophisticated, but Brown leaves the theory behind and presents practical, usable frameworks for immediate application. Like I said, it's simply the best on the market.

IMO >90% of things in this world are poorly designed for the end user, and Tim Brown helps explain why, and then proceeds how to approach fixing this issue. Awesome book !! for everyone.

An excellent book that recounts the journey of innovation and design thinking with an eye on the perpetually changing destination.
