Water pump replacement kit for a mercury outboard motor. All the parts for the pump were sealed in packages and everything was in it. Everything worked great and it is pumping water couldn’t ask for a better kit or a better company.

This kit is somewhat universal. I used everything but the 2 small pipes(no fit) that connect the water feed into the engine ,so I used the old ones. When you go to insert your lower unit in the engine make sure the gear shifter rod is at right height, mine was 22inches. When you pull the Lower unit out measure it's height. A pin bolt with hole in one end is used to secure it in place. Use gear shifter that controls your forward and reverse to line up the pin hole. Forward elevates and reverse lowers in order to insert the pin.

Parts were good quality the impeller wasn't as hard of rubber as some what I used before but seems to be pumping the water through good.

If you are tearing it apart, fix the rest of the stuff. cheap enough.

All parts were a match and the packaging was well done.WARNING: Impeller lasted less than 5 seconds before shredding.If you are stupid enough (like me) to buy this product. Do yourself a favor and buy another one from someone else so you have one to fix your motor after this one shreds with you.Oh by the way, all the tiny pieces that resulted from the impeller coming apart, had to be flushed from the motor - oh yea - more work and more time 'not' on the water, waiting on a new impeller - from a different source.Need to be able to give LESS than a one star rating.
