I bought a much higher quality cable which didn't properly fit my Sennheiser wireless headphone base, TV optical out jack, and a/v receiver jack. I bought this cable and it fitted securely to all of the above, created a slight click, and fit securely in the optical jack.

The build quality is surprisingly solid for the price. The cable has a decent thickness to it, and the connectors on each end click into the ports on my pc, dac, speakers, etc. with a secure, satisfying feel. Optical signal means for noise isolation but you don't need a $50 or even a $20 dollar cable, they all test and work exactly the same making these a no brainer.
