After reviews and comparisons, I decided on the Rancho RS5000 for my F350 crew cab FX4. The original Ranchos were still on the truck when I purchased it in May. I am beyond happy with my decision. Not only are these shocks great, my interaction with the seller on Amazon was above and beyond. They will be my go to for any shocks in the future.

Great product, no instructions
I like the product itself. It comes with all the hardware I needed for my 2005 Excursion 4x4. It works way better than my 118K mile original. It looks great as well. My reason for docking a star is the lack of any instruction whatsoever. Nothing at all. Not even a picture on the box of one installed. I realize this isn't rocket science and one of the easier things to do to a vehicle, but I also realize including some instructions with torque values, hardware orientation and what people should do with that big spacer is even easier for a company like Rancho.

Stabilizer perfection!
My Truck was starting to wonder on the Hywy a little. I noticed the oem shock was leaking fluid so I replaced it with this unit. Perfect fit through the entire range of motion. Noticeable improvement! I only have 58K on my truck but it is 12 years old! Definitely happy with this stabilizer!

Installed perfectly!
All required hardware was provided, installed correctly, looks great, works great. Highly recommended. Only warning, don't expect it to always be white. I received a silver shock tube, which worked out great for the color of my truck, but may not work out for others. Verify the color before ordering if that is an issue.

Great shock. Missing nut for the bolt.
Love the shock but there was no nut for the bolt. Not sure why but I had to run to the store to get a nut in the middle of the install. Aside from that it is an amazing shock.
