Both of mine lasted around 3.5 years on their original included AAA battery. Memory of past readings doesn’t retain with a battery swap, even if you do it really fast unfortunately. Reading accuracy seems pretty good, around the same as my dehumidifier and central heating sensors. I find them useful in the winter for indicating when you need to open windows and let in some fresh air or turn on the dehumidifier

We bought 6 of these for a bungalow we have moved into. We wanted one in each room. The survey identified that there was dampness (however, the house had been empty for over 6 months). We want to ensure that we regulate the humidity and temperatures around the house. They are definitely accurate as, if you put them all in the same room, they all give same readings.

Defective display just after 2.5 months of use with the T50. The numbers on the digital display for the temperature does not show in full. '20.5 C' shows up as in the provided picture and if the temperature is '18c' it will just show '8'. I wasn't expecting the display to malfunction this soon.Update: Contacted the company for a replacement under warranty and got two replacement units quickly delivered, so I'm bumping up the rating from 1 start back to 4

This is a fantastic little device. Good size, great screen and is accurate. Bought as we are expecting a baby, and worried about room temperatures. It’s awesome!

This little device has saved me a fortune!I was at my wits end living in a modern flat that was suffering with lots of condensation building up on windows and mold starting to form in these areas during the winters.I had been investigating de humidifiers and was about to pull the trigger when after watching a tube video which suggested getting one of these to check out the temps/humidity over the course of a week and make some changes.There was indeed a link between temps and humidity and the wall stat of my combi boiler not being inaccurate.The big jumps between the night/off settings and the day/on settings along with window trickle vents being closed all added up to high levels of moisture and condensation.Using this little thing in all the rooms I have been able to change the times/temps of the combi boiler and also adjust the radiator valves to get a much more even temperature around the flat throughout the day/night.I have also been able to see just how much extra humidity is created by drying clothes in different areas of the flat and have now changed how I do that.So by using this I was able to build up a picture of humidity/temperature levels and make a few changes to my boiler temps/time, open trickle vents, change rad valve settings and change how I dry clothes.I now have no moisture build up on windows and the flat is at a very comfy 50% humidity and the mold is banished.

Been using that for 2 years since we were living in a house with lots of humidity issues and it was really accurate showing accurate temperature and humidity percentage. I highly recommended

Fairly accurate . Optional stand or Magnetic mounting.Bought these for the longevity of the AAA battery life rather than the WiFi version that's also available which seems to need average battery replacement after a month & with watch type batteries so using rechargables with the WiFi version isn't an option .
