What can I say?? Everything arrived the next working day.... Units pre-assembled....... All I had to do was locate and plumb in! Obviously, cabinets had to be sawn to allow for pipework, but other than that, for me, an average DIY-er, less than a day's work to install (including laying new bathroom flooring!) .....! Would highly recommend this item, and have just ordered a second unit from E-Plumb for my downstairs loo!
