How to Protect Your Child from the New Age and Spiritual Deception

I am a grandparent of 6, a parent of 5 grown children and an educator and I am still so concerned about the impact of today's culture and society on my progeny. I read an excerpt from this book and I knew I had to have it and not a Kindle version. I wanted a hard copy so when I finished reading it I could give it to the mother of five of my grandchildren as quickly as possible. As conservative Christians in a world going to the far left as fast as it can, I know we need to have a working knowledge of the Word as well as all the current Godly wisdom available to wage the battle to keep the hearts and minds of our children from being seduced by our culture and amoral society. I read this book in less than 24 hours because I wanted it in the hands of my daughter. It is provocative, sometimes frightening and instills hope that our God is still in control while encouraging us to be wise as serpents and gentle as doves. If you are a parent or grandparent or have influence in the lives of children this is a book you must read. It IS for such a time as this. It gives us practical tools for the dialogue needed daily with our children and grandchildren about situations they encounter in church, school, media, Scouts, etc.An urgent must read for Bible believing Christians.You can use the information you read today to have a meaningful conversation with your children at the dinner table tonight. It will open your eyes!

I am just past the half-way point in this book, and I have read enough. The author makes a grave error in lingering on the many tiny details of stories or movies that you should protect your children from. I suddenly felt immersed in something dangerous and unhealthy in reading this book. I agree in every way with what the author has to say about what our children are exposed to today. But this book left me feeling as though I had lingered too close to an open sewer for a little too long. I got the point, thank you very much.

I strongly recommend this book to every parent and grandparents too! We must be equipped. The spiritual battle is fierce and its ageless. Our kids are enemy targets too. Let us battle, armed in Christ, prepared!!!

This was a very informative book and a real eye opener. You won't look at the world the same after reading this book. It will educate you to the point where you realize you have to do something to stand up for your religious rights.

berit kjos is a gifted author. I use many of her resources to teach others. Loved the book, will tell others about this book which outlines and warns against those things parents want to know about.

I as a parent highly recommend this book for other parents, especially if your children are in a government school.

A must read for every parent. Christian or not.
